Loved this place up until about 3 months ago. Went in to get our usual order and found a few younger guys working there now. As we walked in they were sitting playing on their phones and one was scratching his head, they proceeded to get up and head to the kitchen area as we ordered. None of them washed their hands before starting to make our order, and one of the guys even decided to pick at his face while I was standing there. When I asked if they were going to wash their hands one of them said " We dont need too, its all fried food so no bacteria can live on it" . I told him that it is board of health rules that all employees wash their hands before going back to work, but he refused, so I refused to eat there and seriously will not be going back, EVER!! Disgusting!!

I called in and the young girl who answered was extremely rude even in the face of me continuing to be extra nice to her. She had no knowledge of the product, the delivery area and made it seem as though I was a burden to be speaking with. She sounded very annoyed the whole time she was talking with me and then after saying, "that will be 45 minutes to an hour" she promptly hung up without allowing me to even say thank you. To give you an idea of the level of treatment I received, I rarely write reviews but figured I should take the time to write this one.

You cant even get a friggin pizza in Bargersville, but thanks to the nice folks at Ching Garden, you can get Chinese food right to your door. And they take credit cards. Food is your typical chinese-american fare, but they make really decent authetic food on customer request. The owners are friendly, and they are very willing to modify the menu to suit the customer. Delivery time is very good, and theyll even call ahead to let you know they are a few minutes out. Excellent service!

They NEVER answer the damn phones! ..and when they so they rush you off. That it?! That it?! That it?! The food is your typical chinese food, good. But then you regret yourself.
