Frequent visitor of this Buffalo wild wings. Live near by so it was a great place to stop by with some friends for some quick food and beer. Came in Friday night March 13, 2016, and while waiting to be sat I seen a host drop silverware on the floor and then pick it up and put it with the other clean silverware. Once I confronted her about it she smirked, then i asked her to get a manger and she couldnt believe that I would have the audacity to ask. She then proceeded to turn away from me and ignore me. Finally a manager walked by and I told her about it. The wrong silverware was grabbed out of the basket and more clean silverware was mixed in. I told them they had not grabbed the ones from the floor because they picked up perfectly wrapped utensils. After I told the manager this she grabbed as much of the silverware she could carry out of the basket and dropped/slammed it back into a different bucket. Wasnt apologized to, and I didnt bother to talk with anyone up there again for the night. Typically a great place to eat. Just get through the front where they have kids employed who dont care about their job.

This B-dubs is incredible, i was extremely impressed. My wife and I visited for the openning weekend of the NCAA tourney. The place was packed and we arrived right behind a party of 9. The manager noticed us, and dropped what he was doing to help clean off tables. We were given a wait time of 20 minutes, and were seated in less than 5. The lady who seated us let us know that they were absolutely swampped, and that our server would have to take care of the 9 person table first, and asked us to be patient as it could be a considerable wait. We had beers and our appetizer within 10 minutes. Our waiter was AWESOME. He was extremely over worked but was always calm and collected, very attentive and provided us with excellent service. When the games were over, all of the staff held the doors open and thanked us for coming. I was absolutely blown away. Ive been to many B-dubs before, but this one sets the mark quite high. The service and atmosphere was incredible. Needless to say, we plan on returning whenever possible.

My experience last night at this location was HORRIBLE! It was my sons 21st bday his choice was to eat and drink at this spot There must have been a major failure in the kitchen Food piled up to the ceiling, servers in the kitchen waiting on the manger to get a clue Our food gets to our table 1 hour and fifteen minutes later! Our server was MIA after getting us our drinks so lets say an hour! When the food arrived it must have been under the heat lamp forever. Totally unbeatable! We left not touch a bit of it not even an apology from the manager! Oh and as I went out to warm up the car and to cool off my wife paid our drink bill which by the way we were charged $4 for a beer that never made it to our table. Needless to say Culvers got our business but the really crappy part of this was my kids 21st bday family dinner was ruined. I dont ever complain but when being treated like that I just had to say something. By the way your corporate complaint box doesnt work Wonder why???

Frequent visitor of Buffalo Wild Wings. Two of us went earlier this week later in the evening about 7ish. It took over 45 minutes for two orders of boneless wings and side of wedges with cheese. It was not at all slammed or packed compared to what I am used to at other locations where service was still within 20-30 minutes. It was also freezing cold. I had jeans and a tank top on; as it is summer and hot outside, and I was shivering. Noticed several other patrons with their arms crossed or rubbing them, clearly cold as well. Step up the turn time on the orders. Pay attention to the patrons, you should be able to tell if the majority is too hot or too cold or just right. Also, there is a Facebook page for this location, if you are using it, then it shouldnt exist.

The food was great and the staff was very nice and friendly. I ordered takeout from here and just recently moved to the area so I had never been to this location. I have however, been to the Plainfield location and have had MANY bad experiences. However, as I walked in I was greeted as a young guy named Alex opened the door for me with a smile on his face. I told him I was there to pick up my order and he told me where to go and I never had to wait to be helped. The young lady at the counter (my receipt says Green) was very upbeat and nice. They both seemed very welcoming and because of them I had an awesome first impression and I will definitely be returning to this location again!

My husband and I come here quite often for dine-in as well as take-out. We are NEVER greeted when we arrive. The staff and even the manager just arent friendly. When we went there last night the hostess asked how many and a name and did not say a word after that. I was confused if were waiting for a period of time or what. She did not communicate. Thankfully the waiters are always super nice and the reason we continue to dine-in. My husband loves the food therefore we will be back but I just wish that they would be friendlier.

We called in to place an order at 4:43pm for pick up at 6:30pm. We came in at 6:25pm and they couldnt find any evidence of our order. They told us we probably had the wrong location and we verified their phone number on our recent call list on our phone. They were completely unapologetic and told us we would have to wait 20 minutes if we wanted to place an order. Well, we obviously didnt have 20 minutes since we called over an hour earlier. Never coming here again.

Let me start off by saying I have worked at a few restaurants in the past 6 years and gone to many takeouts. I had ordered takeout at this location and the takeout person circled where it said tip!!! I use to work for Bdubs and I know how much the host and takeout people make. It is not a requirement for people to tip you in takeout when you make 3 times more than the servers there. Thats just bad customer service to circle where someone should tip.

Joined a friend for her sons birthday party here. We had a lovely girl named Cindy I believe? To be clear this was about a month ago to show how much of an impression she made. She was working so hard with our large group! Apologizing for system issues and running back and forth for everything we needed. Meanwhile the other servers stood around by the front doing nothing, and not offering to assist her. She really is the MVP there.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Even when they are busy the service is on point and I feel like I am a priority vs an after thought. The food is cooked well and always has good flavor. I always get the same thing, but because it is all cooked so well I never get tired of it. The cleanliness of the store is on point as well. I dont feel that it is dirty and they seem to keep up with it during busy times very well.
