Terrible experience, terrible service, bad food. Just a way to sum up my familys experience at this place. Broken glass all over the table, server was nowhere to be found we had to wait forever for every course/drink/action by the staff. When we received our drinks someone had 5 flies in their glass. Got our appetizers after an hour into the visit--and they were terrible. In no way could they accommodate children--no milk on hand at all so they were going to "doing something creative" with heavy cream. We left prior to ordering dinner as we saw that everyone in the restaurant was not getting served in a timely manner. RUN dont walk away from the Capri!!

Our monthly visits to Capri have all been wonderful. The food is outstanding! The service is very good and the restaurant is so cozy and beautiful. The "real" fire in the fireplace makes us want to stay for hours and hours. We would recommend Capri to anyone who enjoys being pampered! The staff will bend over backwards to make everything as you expect from a top-notch restaurant. Their consistency in excellence brings us back again and again.

Adele from Ciaos is now cooking and serving there and the dinner we recently had was absolutely outstanding. The service was fabulous and sitting by the real fire was a nice touch on a cold, windy night. Lasagna with bechamel sauce, ravioli stuffed with salmon in a to-die-for sauce and Adeles famous desserts will cause us to go back again and again. I know you wont be able to stay away from the bread either! Found it on Trip Advisor.

Loved it. Everything on the menu is made from scratch and the staff is very eager to please. I am a sucker from homemade pasta and Capri delivered spaghetti and a very flavorful veal red sauce. My wife ordered gnocchi (which I typically dont like) but her dish was fantastic. The atmosphere was very comfortable and the prices were very reasonable. Were only in town for a few days but we may go back...it was that good!

When walking in i felt that i was downtown chicago with a beautiful decor. The staff was very nice and the service was quick. Then........ the food arrived!!! The chicken lasagna tasted like pasta and dogfood. The spaghetti and meatballs tasted like chef boy r dee!! I was shocked! The worst italian food i have ever tasted!!

The service is outstanding and the food here is fresh. The lunch menu is really a light dinner menu, but the prices are unbelievably fair for such high quality. If you like homemade pasta, bread, and high quality food, you cannot go wrong. We will certainly be back. Great menu, see you next time.
