Far and away the worst Taco Bell in the metro area. Constantly understaffed, staff lied that they dont make a particular item anymore (double decker taco) just because they didnt have a particular ingredient, and most recently, myself and several coworkers ordered online with no indication there would be a problem. Coworker showed up to get our orders just as the staff was walking out because they "had no food". What kind of restaurant RUNS OUT OF FOOD? Who do they have in charge of their ordering?? To top it off, we couldnt get refunded because the "registers were closed". Will not be returning.

As an ex employee here I can honestly say that this place is the best! Most of my customers knew me as swagmaster537 or by various other names but to all my ex customers and HAVE A TACOTASTIC DAY!!!!!!! 9-12-16 Im sorry to hear that the store seems to have gone downhill since I stopped working here a little over a year ago... when I was here I did everything I could to make the experience special for everybody. It hurts to know that nobody there seems to know how to make customers happy. Sorry citizens of Franklin and to all other customers!

Just waited 30 minutes for food, not a complicated order but a 30 minute wait just the same. As I am walking out I hear an employee complain about the customers being impatient. I ask to speak to the manager about this and it is the same person complaining and when I mention it he argues and then tells me he doesnt care...it really shows by the condition your restaurant is in. Tables and floors were dirty and the food was okay at best, unless you need to have Taco Bell I would go somewhere else.

The wait here is usually ridiculous. Besides APPEARING under staffed, on more than one occasion I was apologised to about the wait and told that they had staff members not show up for work. The staff here usually seems stressed out and run ragged. As far as food and service go..... sometimes I get what I order, sometimes I dont. Sometimes I get 2 packets of sauce, sometimes I get a fistful. I really dont know why this location has so many problems. Just go to the new location in Whiteland.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I came in with my friend (previous employee of Franklin taco bell), to get her check and on top of them refusing her service they had his her check and was refusing to give it to her. I was explaining the situation to a friend of ours who came into the store and was told by a manager I was being rude. All the managers treat their employees like dirt. And their customers the same if not worse. DONT GO. If you can go to a different location do.

Me and my wife pass this taco bell quite a bit but have never gone to it as every time we pass it, the drive-thru is constantly backed up. Well, as i sit writing this review... I am in the drive-thru... waiting. It has been 30 minutes and am still 2 cars away from ordering. Should have listened to my gut and either have tried to go inside or have gone somewhere else... that part is on me i guess... (p.s. it took me 5 minutes to write and edit this and im still waiting).

Awful, when you ask for NO SOUR CREAM, that means NO SOUR CREAM....got all the way home to find SOUR CREAM on my food, so I called and they said they would replace it with new and give me a free combo meal coupon...well went back and they just made the meal over again with no free meal coupon and said Yeah I know how you feel ..Sorry.....Terrible Service!

The food is decent if you live long enough to survive the wait time. If you try the drive thru then bring a pillow; youll be there at least 15 minutes, maybe 30+ minutes at peak business hours. No joke. The wait is incredibly long and its very common to find the drive thru line backed up to the road. Seriously, do not go here if you dont have time to kill.

The great taco bell. Who doesnt love it? Need to pay a little more attention to the "add extra this" and "minus that" types of orders and make sure to mark the special items. In comparison to most though food always seems hot and fresh. Definitely a plus. Oh and getting in this drive thru from the back side is not at all fun.

This Taco Bell is horrible. If you go here you will be waiting 20-30 minutes at least for your food and the last time I checked that isnt fast food. This Taco Bell is in major need of new management or the place just needs to be shut down for their crappy service. Either get it together or close.

Feel sorry for the guy up front..manager sends him out to say sorry...while he stands back and laughs...Not right! The manager needs fired. Had to wait for over 30 mins for our food. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Whiteman Taco Bell

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes just for a taco! Terrible service and extremely rude staff! This happens every time I come here. The drive through is always backed up all the way to the road. I do not suggest this place to ANYONE!
