Slowest drive through ever....and the dinning room isnt much faster...which makes fora terrible fast food place. If there is more than 2 cars ahead of you in the drive through line, dont bother....you can legitimately watch 10-15 cars go through the McDonalds next door, place their order, receieve their order and then leave while youre waiting for 2 tacos and a cheese quesadilla.....if youre not looking for fast service by all means try it...just make sure youre not in any hurry.

Daytime food is good at night food quality takes a dive then they lie and close sometimes an hour early or more while you watch them handing food out to friends but tell you they closed but 2 to 4 employees sitting behind counter eating and they show online and store sign they open for at least 1 more hour. So in summary if I was reviewing daytime hours I would give it a 4 to 5 star but after about 5pm 1 to 2 star every time Ive gone at night thus 3 star average.

Last year Taco Bell featured the frozen drinks. I loved the pina flavored, then took it away and started with the MD frozen drinks. Now the Black Cherry was awesome and I ate at Taco Bell, mainly to get that drink. Now this month, that flavor is gone! So I tried the Strawberry, was not impressed! I want the Black Cherry or Pina back!! I wont be back unless they are back!! If something works and people like, Why do you insist on changing it!!

TERRIBLE! While 4 employees are outside trying to figure out how to jump a battery...and 5 people are just sitting in the dining room NOT eating. At 8pm I get told I have to leave the dining room is closed. The people outside complain to ME "Its not our fault no one showed up for work" and "Yeah....learn to cook and you wont have to eat out" Real smart idiot...I hope you enjoy loosing your job because I stop eating out.

This taco Bell is horrible. Dinning is closed majority of the time cause management cant handle handle high volume. Because of this store o will never eat at taco Bell again. I will not miss the menu!!!!!! This taco Bell should die along with its crew. Do not transfer these people to any taco Bell store!!!! They can not handle a rush bigger then two families of one!!!!!!!

At worst the floors are so greasy they are dangerously slippery, especially in the ladys bathroom and the employees are incredibly slow, BUT Ive never had any problem with the food or with getting the correct order, and despite the floors, the rest of the place (seating, drink area, what you can see of kitchen, etc) appears clean.

Came for breakfast, no potatoes, no empanadas at 08:10. Had no clue what was on their own breakfast menu, which wasnt even up. Asked for two sausage burritos and a bacon quesadilla after being told they didnt have either of the aforementioned items just to listen to them struggle with that covered before giving up.

Two stars for DECENT customer service. Theyre typically nothe rude. But theyre sooo slow. Im in line right now, ordered three burritos 16 minutes ago and still just sitting here. From the looks of the parking lot, only a few ppl in the dining room. I will never understand what tales them so long.

Not even worth a full star. Staff is rude. They do not keep to the hours posted. Missing ingredients. And not very clean. Have tried this place twice and will not try again. Also currently has a red sign saying that they are in violation of health codes.

This taco bell is the worst one Ive been too.. 90% of the employees are worthless and unfriendly. I dont think I have ever left without complaining about something. And Im not sure why but the inside seems to be closed everytime I go here lately.

Not enough staff for the busy hours so way too slow of service. Had to go threw drive threw twice for seperate orders then no one at window for 10 mins both employess came fron bathroom at the same time and food was cold!

I rarely do fast food, but this place has always done me right with my food being done right and the wait is not so long and I guess it depends on the good staff that is working on the time around 11am-3pm, so keep it up.

Terribly slow and they couldnt print my receipt. They also ran out of lettuce and didnt tell me until after I had paid for my good. The cashier said opps Ive been supposed to tell people but forgot.

Over all, I give it 4 stars. Every time Ive ordered there, they get it right. Only reason no 5 stars, is the sitting area needs to be a bit bigger cause during lunch time, it gets loads of people.

Slowest fast food restaurant in Indy. The dining room closes early and they never have enough staff. You get trapped in the drive thru so if there are more than 3 cars I refuse to get in line.

Wait time is frequently half an hour, inside or drive thru, an hour before until an hour after normal lunch and dinner times. Ive recently found one closer so no need to come back, woohoo!
