We just returned from lunch there, the service was terrible it took 45 minutes to get our sandwiches, we didnt get our fries. When we asked for our fries the girl at the register, aka "Tia", claimed to have already brought us our fries. We then brandished our receipts and empty baskets as further proof of our poor disposition. Granted it was lunchtime on a Saturday and they only had three people working, but poor management is no excuse for not being able to serve a line of ten people. Poor customer service does not begin to encompass how we were treated, I would recommend anyone who goes to this location to be careful of who is working if you want a decent meal.

They never rang in my sandwich order (but took my money) and then tried to argue with me about it. The cashier mumbled at me and then the cook (who hadnt been present) came over and yelled AT me about how it was my fault. Took me thirty minutes to actually get my food. My friends had all finished their meals, and by then I was so angry that I wasnt hungry anymore. Not sure how they survive as a business. Do yourself a favor and go to the west side location.

This Penn Station experience is fairly like any of the other of the stores chains. Their sandwiches are great, but sometimes it can feel a little more like fast food to me than I would like. This may just be my personal preference though. The food is always tasty though, and the restaurant clean!

Still my favorite place to eat after living in LA for three years. Used to work there and i can tell you they charge for water because people take advantage of the free cup and take the coke when we arent looking. People who work in food understand this.

kid at the register was polite and professional,sandwich was not ,3 slices of meat for ten bucks!!!!,,I got a refund and left wont be back ,,not recommended

Best fries Ive ever had. I always order their philly cheese steak, its the bomb! If you havent eaten there youre missing out.
