The staff is friendly enough, and the store is clean. My only issue with the store is if you are coming from the south, its not obvious which turn you need to make to get into the parking lot. Perhaps Starbucks and Potbellys could band together and place a "turn here" sign out at the intersection so people like me dont end up in some industrial side street and end up having to turn around.

Quick stop for decent sandwiches. Limited options for sandwiches as there are only a few different choices of breads and selections but sandwiches can be customized with toppings. The staff is friendly though. And the deserts are yummy too (my faves are the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.)

Meat was not fresh!! I didnt feel like getting food poisoning so I would not go back here anytime soon!! Staff wasnt very attentive either that could be why..Bunch of teens that had poor customer service..Go to Jersey Mikes!!

The staff here is really impressive; very helpful and authentic. I witnessed some really great coaching from a manager to a team member. Everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. Plus the food is great.
