I work in construction - I know issues when I see them. The ceiling tile is heavily water damaged by an active water leak. The tile over the sink fountains is in danger of collapsing. Of course, the water actively dripping into and around a pan sitting on a table is just disgusting. As I write this, a worker began wiping down that table, then moved on to a usable table. Uck. The restrooms werent clean, and the wall paneling is pulling away from the walls. If I could, I would recommend this establishment be shut down until structural issues are addressed. Can you imagine the amount of mold in the walls and ceiling? KFC should be ashamed.

Its a sad shame poor service long waits if youre not getting buffet. Cars in drive there waiting longer than normal people inside waiting for food . No biscuits how does kfc run out of those at 4.30 floors dirty bathrooms gross. pans on floors catching rain water employees dont care no smiles not a one has any motivation going on this place looks sad inside and out needs shut down remodel and get a crew that cares what they are doing or just close the doors Id rather eat chicken from county market really

They only had chicken and mashed potatoes in the buffet. No biscuits or even gravy. The floors/walls and windowsills are caked with months of filth and none of the tables look like they ever get wiped off and the staff werent even nice to make up for it. They dont look at you or speak to you when you place an order or ask for plates. It was pretty filthy and I could only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Ive never been into a restraunt this filthy.

The positive fact about this place is that the mashed potatoes were good. The negative aspects are numerous. At 4:30 in the afternoon no dark meat was available. We said we could wait for it to be cooked, but that was not the issue. There was NO dark meat at all in the restaurant. The tenders had very little meat and full of gristle. The tea tasted like it was from last night. The person taking the orders was not friendly. Very unenjoyable visit.

Sep 16 2017 ate at the kfc and the dinning room was empty , they were sitting in a booth talking. the dinning room was not clean, I saw chicken pieces on the floor in the kitchen area. The chicken was hard and dry old chicken was not good. asked for butter for my biscuit they gave me one little packet, and I could hardly open it. It was cold and hard and would not spread. Just was not pleased with the food at all.

The manager was very rude and unpleasant she told me and my grand daughter to get the hell out of her store just because I said excuse me and made the cashier cry. The worst service I have ever got at this kfc and it will be the last. And there was a lot of people waiting for food to be put on the buffet. Thanks for making my other grand daughter upset she was wanting chicken legs.

Food is really good but service is super slow if you try to go through the drive-thru plan on shutting your vehicle off there was a 15-minute wait for chicken and I was the only one in the drive thru just think they didnt want to do their job that day so theyre just telling everybody its 15 minutes wait and people just kept driving off me and

Why dont they clean it up? Dirty! I love KFC and they would get a lot of business if they would just clean it up! High chairs not cleaned. Put baby in high chair coated in dried food, tables feel dirty. Ceilings gross.....you should be embarrassed! I dont know how it could pass an inspection. Would go more often if it was clean.

They are really going downhill - smallish pieces - the rolls taste like cardboard that you cant even mask with butter - long lines - poorly staffed - they used to be the best of the best - now theyre bad amongst other less than good alternatives. Popeyes is going downhill too, but they suck slightly less.

Just plain nasty. Potatoes looked like they had been out for the entire day. Dried out and burnt to pan.Mac and cheese was crispy burnt to pan and place was filthy. Four people standing behind counter got angry when we asked for fresh food. During peak service time at that. Wow just gross. Never again.

The service was great and the place was fairly clean. We all got the buffet and had to wait for various items. Only a real issue when waiting 10 minutes to get chicken. And a few of the dishes were terribly dry, mashed potatoes were crusty on the edge and corn bread was hard through.

Food was "OK" all the tables were dirty, had to all for a rag before somebody actually cleaned them. Bathrooms were dirty, food wasnt super fresh and pretty sure one of the employees was eating on the line without ever washing her hands afterwards. Wish wed spent that money elsewhere

At 8:30 pm staff was so ready to vlose when the place doesnt close til 10 no food was ready and they were cleaning floors with what smelled like sour mop water lost my appetite and left without finishing dinnner
