Terrible service, 6 ppl behind counter, 4 fooling around, throwing things at each other, 1 new just standing holding 1 of our items ordered not knowing what to do, 1 girl working drive up, got 4 of our 5 items, waiting for 5th and stood at counter while staff continued to horse around, ask for mgr, she was 1 of the 4, told her I was waiting for my order, told me she didnt know, i said if she would have asked if I needed anything bc I stood at counter for over 5 mins waiting as I was only 1 left at counter by this time and she said sorry, walked away and started laughing with the staff again. Girl working drive up made my last item. Im all for having fun while you work but obviously she was there only to have fun. 3 other customers were complaining too. Next time I will drive to Noblesville Dairy Queen!

Buster Bars are not what is advertised: I bought a box of Buster Bars and when I got home and ate one of them, it was almost all just ice cream, a little dab of fudge on one side and barely any peanuts, and the choclate coating was very thin. I dont think I will buy anymore Buster bars from DQ in Cicero. The box says each BB weighs 140 grams, I weighed each bar out the box right there in the DQ and they were ALL under 100 grams, so the are FALSE ADVERTISING TOO!!

I used to go to the Dairy Queen at 131st and 37 and it was so awful that I didnt eat at one for years. Went here like a week ago since theres next to nothing to eat in Cicero and it was honestly pretty good

I got an ice cream cone with my friend once here and in the back of the resturuant there was a massive amount of spiders in the corners. We also saw dark red stains on the bench we sat at.

This DQ in Cicero caters veggie burgers especially for our SDA Brothers, Sisters and visitors. Also a hangout for students of Indiana Academy and other schools in the Cicero/Arcadia area.
