I have never had a bad experience at any paneras before I came to this Panera. 2 experiences one dine in & one delivery. First of all every Panera Ive ever been in has been super clean & had friendly, respectful experienced staff, this one did not. Young kids working the whole place. No customer service skills, no etiquette in their actions or words. I saw one guy behind the corner being loud and on his cell phone with his gloves on(disgusting). A girl behind food prep counters with an open lid drink(also disgusting & against health code). I saw multiple guys including my delivery driver today with beards and pony tails uncovered. One guy had his hair half up half down. Once again against health code... if girls have to wear full ponytails with hats, hair bet or head band what makes guys with long hair different?? & most importantly the restaurant was so gross & dirty. Ive never seen a Panera look so bad before. Like they dont ever clean. Floors, windows, tables, trash area, drink area, bathroom everything was dirty! Their juices were not good like I expected, literally threw it away after one sip. Today my online order : tuna sandwich toasted with cheese, it was not toasted & had no cheese... my salad was not fresh & didnt have extra olives like I asked for. My iced latte was SO gross I threw it away. It had no whip cream, it tasted little straight syrup & my ice was completely melted. I dont see how whennpanera is right down the street. Clearly no common sense. They probably made he drink first & had it melting away while they made my food... I would be embarrassed to serve something like that when I know someone is clearly going to complain. Did hey even read my order before making it? To say the least Im pissed. When I spend 23 on lunch I shouldnt have anything wrong with it. I will never eat at Panera again anywhere✌

This is a review of THIS experience. We arrived at 1025. They were out of the bagels we wanted and out of the cream cheese that we wanted. I ordered the last ham and and cheese souffle and the cashier dropped it. The cashier seemed to be new and very nervous. She couldnt find items on the register but there was no one to help her. They seem to be managing there stock so tightly that they cant supply what a person wants.

I have visited this Panera Bread several times both for eat in and carry out. I have found the food to be excellent each time. The only problem at all is when it is the usual lunch hour and it gets very crowded but even then I have found the service to be quick and friendly. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone looking for good food for a nice casual meal.

Paid $6 for the worst chicken noodle soup i have ever had. I am not a cook at all and my chicken noodle soup at home is 490 times better than this junk! Haha i would have been happier going to marsh across the street, got a can and eat it cold! Sorry for the bad review but geesh this corporate conglomerate is way to expensive for the crap they peddle.

Love the covienence of the rapid pickup, but half the time my order is wrong. Also, I love the bakery items. Probably one of the best brownies ever, but the bear claws, muffins, and cinnamon rolls are always very stale as if they have been sitting out for days! I love the food, but this place falls short in many ways.

I dont know how many Panera Bread locations visited throughout the country, this one is the one of the best one, clean and people works there from manager to assistant to kitchen always well trained, they always go extra step to make you happy. Bagels and pastries always fresh.

Food was great but, like all Paneras, the portions are shrinking. Staff has always been very nice. Its usually packed at lunch, so try and beat the crowd, if possible.
