My wife went there with some friend prior to me and had a bad experience. I decided to go with some work friends for lunch for a going away lunch for a co-worker. Ok, Im sure the pizza is good, so maybe go with that. But I went with a lunch deal chicken chili and Ruben. First the chicken chili was watery, mostly beans and a few pieces of chicken. It was served room temp. In fact the cheese wasnt even melting on top. Next was the Ruben, it was a basic panni sandwich anyone could make and was over cooked. I but a piece off and half the bread came off with it. It was supposed to have 1000 Island dressing but I only tasted at the bites at the end. A co worker had the pizza that was supposed to come with Artichoke hearts and that was missing. He sent it back and the waitress said they were pressed for time so they can just heat up some and throw it on top. My opinion, this was lunch, not a big crowd and the service was poor and the quality of food was lacking. I wont be coming back

I went here with a group of 8. We each ordered individual pizza with no customization except for one, which was ordered gluten free for our celiac friend. She was brought a pizza and explicitly told it was gluten-free, and only after she had eaten several bites did the wait staff inform her she had been given the wrong (gluten containing) pizza. Thankfully she was okay, but no formal apology was offered nor any reparations. Considering that her allergy was politely communicated prior to ordering, this mistake is not only unprofessional but incompetent. On top of all that another member of our group was given a pizza completely different that what he ordered. With all this and the okay quality of food, I would never come here again.

First time here and the menu has so many delicious sounding options, it was hard to choose! Dallas made us the Huckleberry Lemonade we requested despite it no longer being on the menu (summer promotion, but still came up on the online menu above). Lodgepoles are cheesy bread, essentially, but tasted amazing! Very quick, friendly service. We will be back to try more options!

Food was ok, but I wasnt that impressed. Had the Cajun Alfredo and Lodgepoles. Bartender was nice, but busy and maybe spread a little thin between making our drinks, drinks for the whole restaurant which was full, and waiting all the tables in the bar area as well, which were also all full. Will go back again Im sure, but would not be my first choice.

MacKenzie River Pizza is sort of a diamond in the rough, for some reason not many people think to go there. I have been 3-4 times now and each time I wonder why we dont go more often. From the buffalo mac and cheese, to the Juicy Mack burger and finally to the variety of pizzas - I have struggled not to accidentally eat the whole giant portion.

Mackenzie River is delish. I make a point to go to every one that I can when I am in a drivable range, from Montana to North Dakota, and now Indiana. Best pizza, and the Lodgepoles with creamy vinaigrette are amazing!!

My favorite lunch spot. Great combos available. I prefer the salad and quesadilla combo. Great friendly staff and a solid beer selection as well. Try the French Onion soup, best in town. Great pizza as well.

Had chicken chilli and a small pizza for lunch. The food was great and so was the service. Our table ordered waters to drink so our waiter was thoughtful enough to bring out a pitcher for us.

The beer was good, even if it was a small selection. They have good rotating taps, so ask about them. The pizza was good and they have a nice variety of unique pizzas.
