Make sure your trailer is food grade clean, your reefer is pre chilled to -10, you wear your ppe hi vis vest, and have your pick up number and you will get along just fine. The smell is so sickening sweet, you may never want another donut, but they load fairly quick. Not the easiest dock to get to. Take your time and watch your mirrors.
