I tried to order pizza tonight. Called back to try and change my order within one minute of placing it. Kept getting put on hold. About 12 minutes after placing my order I finally spoke to a woman and told her I needed to cancel my order (obviously should have used different wording) and she said "whatever" and hung up on me. Tried calling back for a solid half an hour and they kept picking up and hanging up on me. Conveniently, I called from my home phone and they answered. I asked to speak to a manager and she said they were very busy this evening. I told her I just wanted to change what I had ordered and had been trying to call only to keep being hung up on until I tried from my house phone. The so called manager offered no apology or even attempted to try and take another order from me. The employees here are very rude and the owners obviously DO NOT value this business, I will absolutely never place another order with Pizza King in Brookville. I will take my business to Big Boyz, they have better pizza anyway and much friendlier service!!!!

I placed order for pick up told it would be 20 to 25 minutes. I get there at the 21 minute mark, and have to wait in line for approx. another 10 minutes. I finally pay and I am told just a few more minutes. I think ok this is at the 35 minute mark. I wait another 10 and I ask how much longer. I am told just a few more minutes. I am getting up set now cause the 20 to 25 has now been 45. I go sit in the car to wait 10 more so I go back in and I am told that they accidentally set it out with the delivery driver and he will be back shortly. Now after an wait to get my food at was to take only 20 to 25 minutes they give me a 3 dollar off coupon for the next time. REALLY!!!!!!! Wont happen again!

Dont know the new girls working but need to learn customer service. I have order pizzas for years and have always taken care of the drivers, but now I need a minimum $15 order to deliver on Reservoir road?? Big Boyz delivers with no minimum order.

Pepperoni Pizza was covered in Mini Pepperoni that was really spicy. Cheese Pizza was alright but wasnt anything special. Service sucked, had a very bad experience with the girl at the desk. I wouldnt go back or recommend Pizza King.

Ordered 2 large pan pizzas to be delivered. Took 1 hour. Driver got lost. Could not differentiate the pepperoni from the plain cheese. Pan pizza was not thick and juicy. Summary: slow delivery, not thick, not juicy.

Paid 30.03 for delivery of ONE cold and raw cooked doughy pizza. I have had pizza all over the country and this was a hoot. I feel sorry for the good people of brookeville. You are being massivy cheated.
