I commute to Lexington, KY from Louisville, KY for work daily, therefore, I stop in Waddy twice a week to fill up my gas tank. Early, yesterday morning, I went in to get a cup of coffee. The lady stocking the cups on the 7AM shift is always nice and greets you with a "Good morning." As I stand in a young ladys line, a male employee wearing "manager" attire (Khakis/button up blue shirt) proceeds to walk to the open register. Instead of greeting the line of customers with, "Good morning, I can help whos next." He says in a disgruntled tone huff and puff, "Whos next????" as if our very existence is inconveniencing him. Then, my coffee cup mustve been too close to the counter scanner, he takes his filthy hands and MOVES my cup of coffee by the lid. That guy is a rude employee that could benefit from professional development/customer service training. First impression is everything, and his is RUDE from here on out.

Love this flying j... people are outstanding.. clean bathrooms ...clean hot showers... I havent ate at Dennys but I bet its good.. depending on the amount of people coming in to eat... I dont particalur like the foods at truck stops.. but last week when I was there I had gotten something that I was unable to eat.. and the manager had gotten me something else to try..he said if that didnt work for me to let him know and he would give me something else... I thought that was very kind of him to think about me like that... thanks to the manager at the flying j for finding the food that I was able to eat!! But anyways... I really enjoy stopping at this fj... in waddy!!! Look forward to it everytime I am able to stop at this particular one... thumbs up!! Excellent!

When my job took me from Nicholasville KY to Louisville 6 days a week, this place always saved me tons of money on gas and the facility was always clean. They wouldnt win awards for customer service but hey, what do you expect? Its a glorified truck stop!! As long as they ring me up correctly and the person behind the register doesnt act like they hate their job, Im ok with them treating me like the average customer. Anything beyond that I think the general public will be asking to much.

Here at the Dannys eating and the waitress came around 2x and said im going on break and ill have the other waitresses come and check on you. That didnt happen at all they looked at me walked past at least 4x and ask me if I wanted a refill on my drink at all, I been here b4 and never had a problem like this b4. I am really disappointed in the service at this dennys

Excellent Service the man named Tom behind counter greeted us w a smile and said "Good Morning! We have fresh coffee!!" He was so nice to us. Great customer Service skills! Thats the way us truckers should be treated! It was 6am on Feb 21st Sunday. Prices are good and bathroom was very clean! Parking lot clean...I will return. Thank you!!!

Tom there is a great guy! He went out in 30 degree weather to check on a driver that I could not get on the phone for several hours and was concerned because his van had been off for over 11 hours. Driver was fine just cozy in blankets and asleep. Now I can go to sleep knowing he is safe and alive. Thanks Tom!

Decent place. Smaller lot but there is a Loves across the highway so parking is pretty good. Showers are great. 2 washers, 4 dryers. The only thing bad about this place is they have a water treatment area that smells if you park too close.

Restrooms were dirty before and even worse after we took a break at this travel stop.Dennys table and seats were not properly cleaned. Pilot Flying j shame on your lack of cleanliness ! FYI this is the norm coast to coast.
