The customer service here is atrocious. The entire time we were in the place, we felt like they didnt want us to be there. No "Thank yous." No "Youre welcomes." We will not eat here again. Beyond all that, the prices arent great. 5 bucks before tax for a smaller than average gyro, no fries or anything else. The chili cheese dog just had a square slice of cheap cheese. Terrible experience overall. Wasted our money. Made us mad enough to come here and write a review. Spend your money at the Trojan Horse in downtown Bloomington.

Very dirty restaurant, food was freezer-burned, and the prices are pretty steep for the quantity and quality. Absolutely no customer service. Bathroom was gross and needed a total cleaning. The gyro was OK, but small. The fries were almost non-existent and very small and lukewarm. The tenderloin was the worst experience. It tasted extremely old and seemed a little undercooked. I WILL NOT be back. The King Gyros in South Indy is excellent, though. If youre in the area and craving good, quality food, visit that location. Not this one.

I will never go here again!! The food was terrible. I ordered hummas that looked like it had been sitting on my plate for DAYS! Not to mention it tasted terrible and I love hummas! The staff was rude and inconsiderate too. The restaurant could use a serious cleaning and could be fixed up as well...some of the seats were torn and it looked like the tables hadnt been cleaned in days. I would defin. go someplace else if you are looking to eat Greek food!

Fairly good gyro. Id give it more stars if the tzatziki sauce had more flavor. Kinda bland, and the tzatziki sauce makes the gyro. But, for $4.99 its not bad. The decor could use some updating. **An aside: IU students from Chicago have to preface EVERY comment with "Im from Chicago...Blah, blah.." Like the people from Bloomington still have mud between our toes and need the Chicago people to tell us whats what. Rant over.

Had a gyros here today at lunchtime. Got no friendly feedback --actually no feedback at all from waitstaff. Gyros meat had NO flavor, tzatziki sauce tasted that sour cream with sugar in it--no cucumber taste. The bread was nice but the whole thing was wrapped so there was no way to eat without dripping sauce everywhere. Funny, I had heard how great this place was. Im out!!

Great gyros, somewhat small for the price but theyre service sucked, not very good at pricing things that arent on the menu, my veggie girlfriend asked for the gyros but feta instead of gyros for the same price and they said they couldnt do that... I dont think its that hard to figure out, but on my side, great tasting gyros!

A Bloomington classic, good food and great service. King Gyros is a family favorite at our house. Food is cooked fast and fresh made to order. My favorite is the gyro with feta. The French Fries are cooked extra crispy which I love. Great place to stop if you are in a hurry and want a reasonably priced meal.

This restaurant is for college students with the munchies. Outdated, dirty restaurant and fried food. Gyros is OK, tzatziki sauce is OK. Got an Italian sausage and it was burnt. If you want fried food, this may the place for you. Otherwise, there are much better options for Greek food in Bloomington.

We only come here every once in a while when were craving gyros but dont want to drive downtown to Trojan Horse. The Gyros arent bad but the fries and everything else weve tried is. The service was so-so, and the inside of the place indeed smells like mildew and looks like an abandoned Arbys.

Really good gyros and Im a fan of the burgers as well. For those of you talking about the inside of the place yeah it doesnt look that nice but this is not a big Mcdonalds or the Sonic chain. It might not be as nice but youre supporting local business and the food is just as good.

Idk about the rest of the menu, but these are best damn gyros Ive ever had, and Im from Chicago. I have to travel all the way to Greek town just to get something similar. I know how it sounds, this place is kind of a dump, but their gyro game is, for some odd reason, on point.

This is a great place with excellent gyros. I stop in and have the gyro plate to go maybe once a week and the service is fast and the food is consistently good. I would recommend if you are in the area and craving a gyro.
