This is my favorite spot to eat. I have bragged about this place many times. Unfortunately, the one time I was disappointed when I finally brought my family. The food was mostly good, just a few issues. 2.5 hrs this time to get out. Long wait for the main course. Had to seek the waiter out to ask for our bills and no one asked us for our dessert orders. Randomly some desserts were brought out to us. We did not choose them, they were chosen for us. With no explanation of anything, the server said the chocolate cake was on them. I believe he was seriously stressed... but you know for a 20% gratuity auto added (about $100 tip), I expect better routine service or maybe an apology. Due to better prior visits, I am likely to go back and will amend my rating based on the experience.

The young people here are so pleasant and serve us old folks as if we were their own family, with patience and positive attitudes! To the owner....Thank you for the best carrot & ginger dressing I have ever tasted in almost 70 years of life in this country. The draught beers are wonderful and eating in the bar area is perfect for atmosphere and comfort as well as the pleasant acoustic guitar music provided by such a nice young man. If I return to Aurora, it will not be without visiting here again and enjoying a great meal & drink, yet again !

The artful menu, informed beer list, and dignified setting make this a standout in a region dominated by fried chicken, french fries, and Coors Light. My companion had the Ahi Tuna which was delicious, rare, and juicy. I had the Tiger Shrimp and Grits, which stands up favorably to anything Ive had in Georgia. Docking a star for the musician. Normally live music is a plus, but Billy Joel covers played over a drum machine just doesnt do justice to this great setting. Get some real artists in there -- the place deserves it.

The food is ok. More emphasis is put on the presentation then the actual food. The burgers are "infused" with the ingredients. Thats great but you can barely taste the ingredients. If I order a burger with blue cheese and mushrooms, I would like to taste the ingredients. Maybe add it to the sandwich. My family and I have eaten there several times and we really just do not think the food is worth what its charged for. Pretty basic once you look/taste past the presentation.

This is definitely a hidden gem in Southeast Indiana. I ate there last weekend with my wife and was blown away by the quality of food. I literally had the best ribs Ive ever had in my life there, and Im not one to throw out that claim lightly. My wifes steak was top notch. They have an excellent selection of beer. Also, the owner/head chef walked around making sure everyone was having a great experience. This is a top notch place with reasonable pricing.

Cincinnati Foodies should make the the short trip to this destination. I had to go for the Kobe beef burger which was unbelievable. We sat in the bar chocked full of historical photos from the days when mobster John Dillinger sat in the exact same location. Amazing food, 5 star service, in an atmosphere you wont want to leave. Take the trip to Aurora Indiana, Third and Main is well worth it.

I enjoyed the service tremendously here. Very small town vibe, but eclectic personalities and atmosphere, as well as menu. I had a grass fed burger which was pretty good. The chili glazed green beans were great as well as the smoked wings. Ill be back- moderately priced.

Came across this place by happenstance as I was driving to visit family in Indiana. It has Great/quality food, well stocked bar, and a very good atmosphere. All this at a price point that makes sense. Thought it is 50 minutes away Ill find excuses to stop in.

Food and service were great!!! We had fried mozzarella caprese, salad, soup, the shrimp and grits and the filet. Everything was delicious. Only reason I didnt give five stars is bc they REALLY need to improve their wine by the glass selections.

Drove an hour to this place based on high recommendation from an innkeeper. Closed at 6 pm when their website said 9. Not sure if the food is good or not but Id recommend calling first to make sure theyre open. Turned away 6 people. Maybe more.

Fantastic! I recognized the owner from Jeff Rubys "Waterfront" where he spent years as chef. That explains the excellent cuisine and attentive service. A first-rate culinary dining experience. My wife and I left quite content.
