Completely dissappointed with the food and service. I was genuinely open to try authentic chinese cuisine, but now regret spending my money on their overpriced and underwhelming dishes. I have experience working in the food industry and instantly recognized that the internal temperature of the beef in my Beef Ginger Scallions was below what is considered safe. Many pieces were ice cold and the meat itself was rubbery and very stringy. The braised onion and scallion were the only parts of the meal that I thought were safe to finish eating, but even they were cold and incredibly slimey.

FOOD TRUCK REVIEW: Great for a quick bite Review is for the Tang Dynasty Express food truck on Matthews Food is pretty good, prices are fair, and speed of service is excellent. Their menu is mostly in chinese, I always just order the special, and its been good every time so far. At time of writing, its 8$ for special and a drink (I recommend the milk tea, its good). If you need to get food fast its a really great option.

It was a very smooth experience reserving space for 20 people to eat here. The staff is friendly and the food is really good. For the best experience, order a family-style dinner (i.e. order dishes and share them with the group, split the bill evenly at the end).
