Tonight the guy is more concerned with cleaning then with helping. Did not call out order even though it was ready. Then snapped that sofa machine was broken though in truth they were out of some and he didnt want to bother to see which one. Then sauces were not on tray nor was extras that I ordered. He was unpleasant.

Horrible customer service. Last time eating here! The cashier was beyond rude! I complained about my order she would rather argue with me about it! Do your job, if Im not pleased its clearly for a reason! I gladly filed a complaint no one deserves to be treated so badly, especially a customer!

Absolutely love it ! Boyfriend and I were regulars and today, took half hour for food that was very cold, gave us more than what we order, but forgot our dipping sauces. Very disappointed in the service this time around and most likely taking our business elsewhere.

Food is great...however, I have ordered online every Monday for the last three weeks, and when I arrive, that is when the staff checks to see if there is an online order. Just take that system down if you are unprepared to run it.

I checked what time they closed, before going there on a Saturday. Their website said 11:00 pm. We got their at 10:45 pm and they were closed with the doors locked and the workers sitting inside eating.

Says they close a 11pm but when I get there at 7pm they are closed doesnt make sense. Not the first time this happens.
