I have always liked Boston market. I have been coming here for years and have really seen this place go down hill which is a real shame. First off there service is really bad, they are not friendly at all. Employees are very rude and dont take any pride in there work. I know its hard to find good service but this place is making the places I found to be very mediocre service to be phenomenal and thats pathetic. Hopefully there will be a revamp of the work staff so I can write a review that will make people want to visit and enjoy.

Use to love this place. I didnt even mind driving the extra few miles. Yesterday, was my last visit. My 93 y.o. mother had a craving for chicken , m. potatoes (gravy on the side) and cinnamon apples. I will say this, I found the young lady serving me to be very pleasant. I told her to please put gravy on the side - no problem she replied. I get home and no gravy anywhere! The food was not even warm. My mother was looking so forward to her meal. The containers seem to be a bit flimsy. I dont think well be back.

Chicken and other meat options are tasty and dependable, but not interesting. Most vegetable options are high carb and/or high fat, so not a great place for carb limited eaters. Food is served fast, though not always fresh.

I used to actually like Boston Market but the last time I was there I found the chicken to be unbelievably salty. Some of their sides are still pretty good but its not a place I think to go anymore.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Food was served hot & fast. It was tasty. Jeanette was polite, friendly, & greeted you with a beautiful smile. Ice machine was on the fritz but no other complaints.

The food is pretty good, and the help is also nice. Not great to eat every day, but if you are looking for a change and need something pretty fast, this is a good option.
