I went to this restaurant for the second time on Aug 13th. The first time, the food was good. However, the servers and hostess were extremely rude. All very young but terrible attitudes. We overlooked as the food was good and the patio was nice. The second time--- the attitudes were equally as bad, but the service and food were horrendous. We were told 10 minutes for a table outside. A half hour later, we were finally seated, but not in a table - a high-top. Lo and behold as soon as I sat down I noticed several empty tables. My server moved me to a table. We asked for chips and salsa while we waited for our food. But the server said they ran out. Flash forward an hour - our food still hasnt arrived. Miraculously the server shows up with chips and dip as a consolation. Then the food comes - a grilled cheese (disgusting, by the way) and a burger. They brought the wrong burger, it was some sort of sausage/sloppy joe meat-mixture. Before the chips even came, the server apologized and said she was comping the entire meal. Then when the chips and food came, at that point, I was done with this place. The rudeness extends to the hostess and girl working the bar yelling at guests for not checking in with the hostess, even though they were joining a party already at the restaurant (dont always assume...). The bus boy spinning his table rag in the air as he walks around...not properly cleaning tables... No good. No thanks. I can look past some things, but rudeness, slow service, dirty tables, etc..its too much. Better options in St Charles and Geneva.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXWent to the office for some food and drinks and hostess sat us down in their patio, waited 42 minutes,waitress would say something or another to the other waitress and they would turn to look towards us and laugh!!!! I tried waiving them down but would ignore us. Finally told somebody and they never came back waited .. So we left... I always carry a timer with me the minute I walk in. No integrity in this place. 42 min.. imagine how they run they run their business? Quality of food? Or how they prepare it? My 2 cents: DO NOT COME TO THE OFFICE!!!!!!!!!

If you are a regular you are in luck. The drinks are good and I recommend the Reuben. If you are not a regular, plan on so so service. My pulled pork sandwich tasted like it was cooked in a crock pot. We sat there with empty water glaases (that was our only drink this time) for 15 minutes. meanwhile we watched three wait staff greet the man seated behind us, taking his order and getting his beverage. I left more than half of my food...no comment from the waitress. Good drinks, but sit at the bar.

Had this place recommended to me by a friend when I told him I was going to a show down the street at the Arcada. It did not disappoint. I have since returned once and already have my birthday dinner planned here for me and my girl. Their Reubens are awesome and Ive sampled a couple apps as well. Great beer selection, comfortable room and the patio is awesome if you can get out there is the warmer months. It can get crowded but its worth it.

I was intown for the holidays and stopped in at this local bar. The food was tasty, but prepared wrong. The bartender made the wrong drinks, and management was rude. However, Jose the bus boy was so sweet and friendly and cleaned off the table politely :-) Also our server I think Andrea, was really sweet and appologetic for the mistakes. She was more professional than management. Cudos to the servers that take their job seriously.

My brother-in-law and his gorgeous wife had their wedding after party here and let me tell you, what a great experience it was! The staff were right on top of things especially when trying to handle the big crowd of people that came. The food was great and the drinks were potent! Great for the price! One of the bartenders was a bit on the rude side, but other than that, it was a pleasant experience!

Tragic! Absolutly fearless food no seasoning at all. couldve made it in our hotel microwave! atmosphere was enjoyable although walked away hungry and paid to much for a t.v. entree like meal.... very disappointed we were very excited to eat here and left with nothing but disappointment and will never return. i mean if thats what weathly peoples taste buds like i dont ever want to be rich:(

The St Charles burger is pretty good. Now I love French fries. Here theyre pretty good seasoned yummy. The selection of beers on tap could use an improvement (they should add the Weihenstaphan Hefe) to their selection of beers on tap! Great addition to any bar. I will visit again. Not a bad bar at all overall. The inside is very different from other bars. I like it. I will come back.

Good hangout atmosphere. They have a create your own burger option on the menu with a good amount of options for the cheese and toppings to really customize it to your liking. Their beer selection was pretty good. There is seating outdoors with some tables having an open fire in the middle for a nice ambiance (and wamrth).

The fish tacos were excellent! They have a moderately sized, nice selection of beer. The staff was excellent! Even when the hostess couldnt make it to work unexpectedly, the waitresses took over and still did a great job covering both roles. I will definitely be back. Nice atmosphere too.

Steak was good. Cooked the way I ordered it. Mashed potatoes were pasty and thick. No flavor. Grilled veggies were awful. Service was very good. Im sure there are better items on the menu but for the prices I would go somewhere else. Way over priced for the quality of food you receive.

The hostesses were snotty & turned us away, & as we walked away one said to the other, "we dont let them in." Because one of us is a POC or because we were in bike gear? Really not cool. Luckily Crazy Fox is across the street & has a great beer selection & great food.

Excellent staff, very attentive to customers and anticipate your request before you have to say it. Guinness on tap, great chili, nightly food specials and lively bar scene make this a must stop in St Charles when I come back from California. Kevin

Service was great but the food was ok. It could have used more seasoning. However when we got there we had 30 mins till the kitchen was closing and that could have been the reason why our food lacked seasoning. Will give this place another try.

The food is good--go for the fish and chips! It gets very crowded on weekends, especially if theres a show next door at the Arcada, but they have a tent for overflow seating that works well even in the winter.

Been here several times. Good draft beer selection. The pulled pork nachos are unbelievable, a meal for 2-3 people. Service is generally good. A great place to stop in before a show at the Arcada.

The Office has a fabulous patio outside. I cannot wait to go back on a fall night! They have a great out door bar with a fireplace along the whole bar. Not to mention, the food was very yummy
