Slow and rude service. Frequently get orders wrong. Employees are just hanging out and dont work to keep things going. Its been empty the two times I have been here. Cant see this place staying open for very long. Coffee dispensers are dirty and empty. Everything I ordered was made incorrectly. The chicken noodle soup, which is good at other locations, was three pieces of chicken, three noodles, and water.

My Girl Scout troop had the most amazing time today at Panera Breads...Bakers in training. We learned a lot about what goes on behind the scenes in the restaurant and how to bake bread. We also decorated cookies. The manager Mr. Victor and his wife were so nice and helpful to us. Thank you so much! I would recommend Panera Bread of South Holland to everyone. The staff is nice and the food is delicious.

This Panera tarnishes the Panera brand. The drive through line takes 5 minutes at a minimum and Ive waited up to 40 minutes. Roughly half the time the order is incorrect and they are often out of common menu items. The staff is cordial and polite but they have a tough time completing the order correctly and on time. On a good note, they do resolve the issue if you return.

Ive visited the south Holland location regularly since store opening. As of late my visits have become less frequent. The food prep has become sloppy; lettuce looks old; and the womens bathroom could usd a good cleaning. Athough the staff is pleasant the aforementioned items tarnish what Id hope to be a quality restaurant close to home.

Absolutely no reason not to rate this Panera w/ 5 stars. Ive taken up my share of space there to do some work with my laptop, and have enjoyed myself thoroughly by eating while I work. I love Panera but after going to this location several times ( trying to give it a chance) the service is extremely slow and they mess up my orders. Last time I went I ordered a hot carmel latte and they gave me hot milk with carmel flavor...I will not be returning to this location anymore

Customer Serivce is terrible. I only gave 1 star because I had too but I dont think this place deserves any stars. My orders are always wrong and when I go tell the someone they act like its okay. It took them 15min to remake my order. Im never going there again. Poor Customer Service.

Ive never had lunch at a Panera Bread before, but I really liked it. Doing the half sandwich + soup deal is really a good route. Also, this location has a good variety of seating options - I can see myself going there to work, study, or even socialize with friends.

Forgot my purse in the car, left my keys on the counter and asked a ton of questions. The staff never broke their patience with me and even searched for me to give me back my keys. I was appreciative of their service to me on the craziest of mornings.

Very slow and unorganized. Missed items on the order, was out of coffee briefly. I realize the drive-thru gets busy, but would think that would be taken into account when hiring. Other than that, food and coffee was good quality, as always at Panera.

Good food, good customer service, pretty clean inside, I go for every other day for lunch. I like eating here because alot of their food is lower in calories than most fast food places. I eat good and then I always cant resist a fresh baked good lol

If you go inside everything is great but if you come between 6 a.m. and 6:30 do not use the drive thru they do not respond you can sit there for 5 to 10 minutes and no one will come
