I am surprised I have missed this place so far. It was an instant favorite for me. First off, the décor is warm and gives you a feeling of comfort without the pretension you often find at coffee shops. For seating There are chairs with tables, a small bar if you are the tall sort, a bench and some armchairs. You have options. The music was relaxing while i was there, but most importantly not loud! I dont know why but coffee shops in Chicago play music so loud you have to talk over it. The music is present, you can tune in or out easily. There were 6 or so baked goodies and some wraps in the cooler, all of which were gluten free. God help me, there are days when I need a brownie. It was great. I had drip coffee. They have a great roast. The kind of coffee I would enjoy drinking all day while reading something that made me think. If you have a chance, drop in and discover this tiny gem of a coffee shop. I am a big fan.

Im vegan and I love good vegan food. This café uses low quality ingredients for its menu items and then doesnt even add any flavor to make it taste good. I had the hummus platter, Blondie and hot chocolate. The hummus was chalky, lacked flavor and the pita chips were small broken pieces from whatever bag of pita chips they used. The barista was relatively nice but not too enthusiastic about the products the café offers. The hot chocolate was soy milk and it looked like Hersheys syrup. The main reason I came here was to enjoy good vegan food since it had decent reviews but I would never ever eat here again or recommend this place to a friend, acquaintance or even a not well liked colleague. The artwork in the place is very cute, but everything else looks dingy, and not well maintained. I can only hope they revamp their menu and clean the place nicely.

I had a wonderful morning thanks to Delicious! The atmosphere was calm and my friend and I had a great time catching up and knitting. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a nice calm start to their morning. Dont forget to buy a few decorative pins from the pin jar before you leave. There was plenty of street parking (pay to park). I will definitely be going back soon!

Cozy but I dont think "many" options is really an appropriate descriptor for the menu. Its very limited, and almost everything is heavily dependent on tomatoes and raw onions as the real substance to the sandwiches (nothing wrong with that if you like those items. Unfortunately, I like neither.) I bought a blondie that tasted like refrigerator and was underwhelming.

#Vegetaran #Vegan Cafe they offer typical coffees including cortado and florentine. Also offer lunch menu and small breakfast menu including smoothies. Bright colorful cafe with some space to sit and enjoy. Located near all the shops including a photography class few doors down inside the Art Music Shop which is taught by one of the owners of this cafe.

I was really looking forward to this café, excited for the bakery and vegan food. First off, this place is full of only women from ages 20-26... The food on the other hand was so boring. It was 3 wraps you can buy from wholefoods, 1 cupcake, 2 cookies and a brownie. I bought everything but the cupcake, so that pretty much was all their food. So boring.

Most of the menu items have processed meat substitutes. When asking the person taking my order for a recommendation of what was good, I was told in a condescending tone "Were a Vegan restaurant", which was the reason I was there to begin with. I ended up getting a breakfast sandwich which was pretty good.

Definitely food you can microwave at home. Pastries are tasty but the atmosphere inside is lacking. Wish I could make it my go-to spot because its close to home but Id rather just travel to a cozy and delicious coffee shop elsewhere.

Very cute little place! Had chocolate chip banana bread that was delish with some realllly good coffee and sat and talked with for as long as we liked! Very quiet and the woman at the counter was nice :) I will def be back!

Local, vegan options. Local displayed on walls. Floor was made from pennies. Bathroom wasnt dirty. Zucchini Date Loaf and Hummus were yummy. I enjoyed my first Laura Palmer with herbal iced tea. Would definitely recommend.

This coffee shop is right by my place. Whenever I go there I feel sooooo positive. Its such a positive place to be in. And the lady who serves is soooooooo nice. Love their green tea and honey and ofcourse the brownies :)

This place is SO CUTE, has beautiful artwork, and has the absolute best smoothies! They are delicious, healthy, not watery and they dont melt or separate after 10 minutes. Their coffee is also really good!
