We came in for drinks after work and were told to seat ourselves. We sat at the bar because we weren’t planning on eating, but the food coming out looked delicious so we sat down at a table in the bar area after our first round. The wait staff supervisor (I’m assuming) comes rushing over cussing us out that there was now a wait list for tables and instead of asking us to put ourselves on the list, she kept repeating that there was a list now and she was going to let us sit there but THERE WAS A LIST (4 or 5 times already!). We sheepishly apologized and tried explaining to her that when we came in the host said we could sit anywhere but she was not hearing it. Then she grabbed our waitress and told her the same story that we were not on the list but she was allowing us to sit there. Wow, way to embarrass us in front of everyone for innocently moving to a table. We left after that because we were afraid to eat there after seeing how mad the supervisor was at us, killing our vibe and having people stare at us like we were trying to get away with something. She was obviously hired because of her looks and not her personality or people skills. Good for her but bad for business and whatever employees she is in charge of.

Waited at our table for over 20 minutes just to get a waiter at the table then waited another 15 minutes before the drinks came. There were literally 4 tables with customers and about 6 people at the bar. The food choices are few and to be honest, we all ordered different items and none of us were impressed by the food. The soup was like paste and barely warm. The Avacado rolls were OK, but definitely not as" great" as the waiter proclaimed. Between the wait service and the food, definitely wouldnt be in a hurry to rush back in.

My husband and I were so happy with the service !! KATELYN M made the experience absolutely amazing!! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was on top of every single thing we needed and made sure we were super happy!! We are looking forward to going back there!! It is so nice to know that something very close to home is such an extraordinary experience and extremely excellent food and drinks!! We recommend Arrowhead Ale!! The food and service is fantastic. The menu was so awesome that it was hard to choose. The beer that we ordered was very good and different than other breweries BUT they need to have a few lighter choices Like a lager or pilsner especially in the summer. Many of the beers I wanted to try were sold out hence the 4 stars but that is because they are just starting out so I think they will get a handle on it. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places. Definitely try it out!

Great place!! Awesome service. Nice atmosphere. Food was amazing. Especially the Pacific Seabass. So unexpected to have a seafood dish this well done at an ale house. Presentation was great and such a unique combination of ingredients. Even the house salad was something different with a spring mix and a corn-red pepper mix with a delicious house dressing. We will definitely be back. Independent neighborhood places like this that serve excellent food need to stay around!!

A new brew-pub/restaurant in New Lenox. After two visits Ive had three of their house beers and could find no fault with any of them. Since I wrote this review, we had dinner there. I had the Pork Medallions with Porter glaze and garlic mashed, while my wife optd for a steak sandwich. Both were great.. cant wait to try the rest of the menu. Arrowhead Ales Brewing Company is a welcome addition to the New Lenox dining scene.

The place was beautiful and big, I took my family and they loved the food and so did i, price is good and service was excellent, I cant wait to go back again and also tell all my friends to try it, I recommend this place as my top 2 favorite restaurants

Im not sure if the other reviews are by employees, owners or relative, but this place has the worst and slowest service in the surrounding 100 mile area. The beers on tap are original and not very mainstream. Avoid, not worth the time.

They produce some tasty beer. They were out of a few but had one of the missing selections available in cans. That was my favorite so I understood why they went through the kegs over the weekend!

This place was absolutely terrible. They messed up our order twice and know wonder the pizza wasnt on the menu it was absolutely terrible. I recommend Jamesons pub.
