I dont like to complain about service, but my wife and I have been here quite a few times (about 30 times) and its always been the same story: if you order alcoholic drinks, the waitresses will be coming to you every 5 minutes to see if you need another drink. They wont bother checking on how the food is or if you need anything else besides alcohol. If it doesnt increase your overall bill, theres no reason for them to check on you. If you dont order alcoholic drinks, just pop ("soda" for the sticklers out there) you will get your drink after about 10 minutes. Im not sure if refills are free or not, because our waitresses never bothered asking. Being the gentleman that I am, I didnt want to inconvenience their important side conversations. Clearly they were much more pressing than doing their actual job. Also, if you ever wondered why people in the 1800s drank more alcohol than water, you gotta try Fox and Hounds water to get you an interactive history lesson. If you expect paying your tab to be the easiest thing you could probably ask someone to do at this place, Id tell you to not get your hopes up. (I know, I almost made it seem like I was going to throw you in for a twist at the end) Youll probably do more walking around the whole restaurant trying to find an employee that could find your waitress thats been missing for the past 20 minutes. After all the employees have embarked on an unsuccessful hour-long manhunt for her, youll eventually get a random waitress that will bring you the bill with the most somber face youve ever seen on someone. Our waitress probably just fixed herself a nice glass of their premium unfiltered water and left a note. I can only assume that might be a reasonable explanation for their high employee turnover. I think everyone reading this is asking the million-dollar question: is this guy and his wife ever going back to patronize this place? Well, I would say theres a higher probability of winning the PowerBall 10 times in a row than us ever going back.

My boyfriend & I went to this location Saturday night with a friend of ours, to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. We have been to this location before and enjoyed it. But this time we had nothing but terrible service, mind you it was not packed even for a Saturday night. Our server NICK K. was far more interested in talking to the hostess at the front counter. I had ordered a rum and Coke, which i saw just sitting at the bar, it took Nick 20 minutes to bring me nothing but a watered down rum and Coke. When he brought it, he did not apologize nor try and make an excuse as "its busy" but instead ran right back to the hostess desk to flirt. After that we wanted to leave but yet took another 20 minutes to try and get the bill. It was a horrible experience so we had not left him a good tip on the credit card receipt. Luckily we had kept our customer copy and wrote down exactly what we paid. The next day I checked my credit card account and what do you know, theres a different balance for the transaction. We assumed the server had changed our bill so he could give himself an additional $4.97 tip. My boyfriend had called and asked to speak to the manager, and was given Trisha. She had said she couldnt see anything on her end and for us to wait until Tuesday because of Labor Day, the banks would be closed. She said she would call the bank and for us to give her a call back Tuesday. This morning, checked my account and magically we had been credited the $4.97. Thus meaning, she had known that NICK had altered our bill and failed to mention. Its all about customer service and the principles of right and wrong. Never again will be going to this location!!

Go on a Tuesday! $2 drafts all night long and you get your choice of over 30 beers! The food is pretty good too, and it seems they have other happy hour specials as well. The atmosphere is nice (and clean) and there are a lot of different bar games (pool, connect four, etc.) They are also good with letting you sample beer before ordering. I had a Strongbow with a buffalo chicken sandwich ($9.50) and sweet potato fries. The cider was good and the sandwich was ok; their buffalo sauce was a bit more pepper-y than spicy. The ranch, however, was so good! Sweet potato fries get a 4 star rating as well (I like mine more crispy). My boyfriend got the voodoo chicken ($10.50) sandwich with sweet potato fries. I got to try it and talk about heat! Im sure the fresh jalapenos didnt help! Other than that, so good! Overall, I would definitely return to this place and I recommend it! For the cheaper prices and clean atmosphere, it gets an A in my book!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. The manager of the bar was very rude! We have arrived at 6:30pm. and were seated in the small room. The menager said they were expecting an engagement party at 8:30 pm. We sat on a table with no reservation sign on it and our children sat on the near by small tales which didnt have Reserve sign on them, too. The bar staff took the children table away without even letting us know. When I went to complain the maneger said they forgot to put the reservation sign on the tables but there is nothing they can do about the situation. Now it is 9pm. and the party tables are still not used and stay empty. Some of the people from our group are standing up and have no chair to sit. The staff didnt care less about us. They treated us like we didnt exist. The service is very slow and it took the kitchen 40 min. to make a panini. Im giving 1☆ because theres no options for 0.

This was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. I went with a group of 7 and they would all agree. The waitress we had put us in a section where there was a private party. After bringing us our food she tells us we have to move because it is a private party. She made us carry our own food to our new seats which were literally on the opposite end of the establishment. This wasnt too bad but there was a dead fly in one of our drinks. On top of that the food came out somewhat cold and stale. Generally I dont like to complain since I have worked in the restaurant industry and know how tough it can be, but this was just an awful experience. The only good thing about this place is their TVs and we were able to catch the Bulls game. If you want to catch a game this place is decent but dont expect anything else.

Food is average. Service is terrible. If you want to come here for a fight (UFC, boxing) get ready for slow (sometimes non-existent) service and wrong food orders. In most cases the person bringing out food just asks every table if they ordered whatever it is theyre carrying until they find the right table. Weve gotten the wrong food many times. I got up to go to the bathroom and when I came back I had food on my table that I never ordered. The beers are never filled to the top. There is a good inch and a half of beer completely missing. Mixed drink specials are in the smallest of glass with barely any alcohol. Ive come here twice as I figured Id give it a second chance after a bad first experience and it was the same terrible experience. Overall, this place sucks.
