Check your bag before you leave if youre getting carry-out. They omitted an entire order of wings we paid for and another order was bone-in when it was supposed to be boneless. We could live with the wrong order (bone-in instead of boneless) but we paid for the omitted wings and wanted our money back. We called immediately after we realized that the wings were missing. The manager said to come back and she would give us the missing wings. I explained to her that I was 15 minutes away at a customers location and that I chose not to. I asked for my money back. She said she would send out a coupon for a free order of wings. I gave her my address and expected the coupon to arrive in the next week. After a week or so went by and still no sign of a coupon, I called several more times. The manager would not show me the courtesy of getting on the phone. She told her employees to tell me that the coupon was mailed. After three weeks I decided to stop in and inquire in person. The manager still would not come out to speak with me and sent her assistant with some free coupons for the mini wings. He said they were for my troubles and assured me that the manager had sent me the full wing coupon. This was several months ago and I still havent seen the coupon for the full wings to replace the order of wings they missed. So, Im guessing that they gave me those mini wing coupons to shut me up. Problem is that we would have to go there several times to recoup the cost of our forgotten order of wings...WHICH AINT GONNA HAPPEN! All we wanted was our money back from the original order. We dont treat our customers that way and I dont expect anyone I do business with to treat me that way either! Whats more disappointing is that our office is right down the street and we were using this B-dubs often for informal meetings with vendors and employees. From now on, there will be no expense reimbursement if B-dubs Schaumburg is the location of any employees entertainment, lunch, or dinner. Steve Hallier - President WET Solutions, Inc.

Havent had food poisoning in 22 years. It was Friday around 6 pm and I havent eaten since breakfast, so I went in to this location for some boneless and bone in wings - 3 hours later I find my self throwing up. While throwing up all I tasted was nasty BWW, then diarrhea kicked in another 3 hours later. Spent all night sleeping/throwing up on the toilet, until about 1 pm next day. Lost 6 lbs over night, couldnt eat or drink until later that night. Called BWW and reported what happened, they pretty much told me Im crazy and this couldnt have happened from eating BWW. Based on their health score I must be crazy and they refuse to compensate me for my food, let alone for all the discomfort and pain. So if you feel like eating some expensive less then mediocre chicken and probably get food poisoning go ahead, but I may suggest going to RAM or any other location near by. Also WING STOP has much better tasting chicken, actually KFC is probably better for you then this crap.

So it used to be my nearest Buffalo Wild Wings was near my work, like 5 miles away. Pain to drive there all the time when Im not working. Then this BWW opened up and Im all like "YAY! A Buffalo Wild Wings right down the street!" So a couple weeks after it opens, we go there, its about 11:00pm, barely anybody in the restaurant, no one knows who our server is, there are 15 minute intervals between when we actually see any servers on the floor, and it turns out we have 3 different servers, one who is seemingly drunk and trying to hit on my cousin and his friend (Both minors). By midnight, weve finished with our food. By 1am we finally see a server again to demand our bill. Ive given this place 3 chances. The second time was a little better, but the 3rd time was the 1st time all over again PLUS all of our separate bills had all the wrong items on them. I will never be visiting this location again. You want good service, go to Mount Prospect.

Absolutely awful! Not only did our waitress take 30 min to get to our table of 5. It took us 45 min to get an order in. We ordered 2 samplers and a mac n cheese. ALL of the samplers came out with NO sauce on the wings and our nachos had nothing but lettuce and pico de gallo, when we corrected the MANAGER, he brought out 2 small dressing cups with sauce and chili and said "there you go" not a sorry or anything! The mac n cheese or lack there of had no cheese and contained water at the bottom of the container. I have been in the serving industry for years and was appalled at the service and management. Its safe to say that I will never go back to this location. We have never had any issues at other locations, so I think this location should be trained properly or at least take pride in the customer service and quality of their food.

My girlfriend and I have gone to numerous locations over the past two years and none have had worse customer service than this one. We ordered 40 minutes ahead of time and were told that our order would be ready at 4:50 PM. When we got there, there was one person who was in charge of the register, the dine-in check in, as well as the 10 people waiting at the front. They were backed up but not due to a large amount of visitors but due to the lack of staff members on duty. The cashier told us that our food was running a little late and that it would be ready in 5 minutes. Skip forward twenty minutes and we were told it was being bagged. Skip forward another 15 minutes and we were told it was being bagged again. Skip forward another 10 minutes and it was finally handed over to us. Worst service by far.

If giving a 0 star review was an option, I would have. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location I have visited in the area. The service is terrible, and you are lucky if you can spend less than an hour there for lunch. Last time in, I order a dozen Spicy Garlic boneless wings only to receive a different sauce which I sent back. When the waiter returned with my boneless wings, I noticed that the cook did not take the time to start my order from scratch with my requested sauce. Instead the cook just spun the Spicy Garlic sauce right on top of the original order I received. I sent this order back as well. After mentioning my experience to the Manager before paying the bill, the best he could off was a "Sorry!", and didnt even offer to comp part of my bill. Will not be going back thats for sure!!

We havent been here in a while, so some things have changed. Instead of numbers of 5 for boneless wings they had some crazy odd numbers to order. Instead of bringing the different flavors in separate boats they came all together which was confusing to pick from because we had our 5 year old who doesnt like anything spicy or hot. When the server attempted to explain which were which, he was close enough to touch them with his hand. I had a buffalo zoo drink and it was watered down with juice and ice. The Thai Curry flavor was very salty and the server changed them with a different flavor. Overall I probably wont be back and this use to be the place to be, eat and hang out. Not anymore
