I went here last night to have dinner with my cousin. Wait time was perfect. I wanted to order an "endless appetizer". Keep in mind there are only two of us. This server tells me that if I order an "endless appetizer" that I cannot share it and we both have to pay $10.00 each for an appetizer. So you are going to babysit me while I eat to make sure I dont share my appetizer with someone at my table? If this sounds reasonable to ANYONE on the planet then you should go live on mars! So instead I saved us the $20 and just ordered an appetizer... the potato skins. Man did they suck. No flavor at all. Tasted like cardboard. I ate two of them just to make sure they were as flavorless as I thought. To add insult to injury, at least twice the food runners kept trying to serve out table appetizers that were not ours. This happened three times (not kidding). We saw mozzarella sticks, some kind of chicken wings, and some quesillias ... oh ya and some pot stickers .... Maybe other stuff I just stopped paying attention to the idiocy at that point. So after being teased I followed up my order with the sizzling chicken and cheese. Once again ... a very bland dish. I was here a few weeks ago with another friend and my steak I had at the time tasted exactly like the chicken I had last night. How is that even possible? This place use to have excellent food. The prices have gone up and the quality is in the toilet. My guest had a coupon to use for a free burger but a point was made that the turkey burger was excluded from the coupon but the manager allowed the transaction anyway. Oh wow another rule ... like kindergarten? Management forces employees to repeat this ridiculousness to paying customers? Two stars because our server was nice and part of his job is repeating these moronic guidelines which he clearly felt were completely wack (you could tell by the look of shame he gave while explaining it) Food, stupid rules, and, micromanaging your customers (not your employees?) are going to be why this chain eventually disappears just like applebees and bakers square. Posting this on Yelp also. Go eat somewhere else. Olive Garden is down the street and they have free wine.

I just left this place my food order was wrong waited an hour for my food was unapologetic did nothing to rectify the situation when I asked for the manger she came out with an attitude as if there mistake was bothering her there is so many spots in the same strip mall dont go here servers name was Roberto wich was OK made a mistake but Lisa the manger she should have done something instead she came out and had a terrible attitude didnt offer to do anything to recitfy the situation instead was rude and unprofessional and unpleasant as if I was bothering her for my incovienve worst customer service I have ever seen and I am in the industry and tip big very easy customer never left anywhere so upset in my life the owner and GM of this store is terrible if they have Lisa working there dont be fooled by fake positive reviews by a Google user and employees worst service you can get manger was unbelievable rude and disrespectful we shared her food and ate it all then 15 min latter I got mine raw chicken the server asked if it was worth the wait I said absolutely not and asked for check and speak with manger then had to deal with nasty Lisa who wanted to complain to Ms about be upset

Terrible, terrible , terrible!!!! Main course was served before the appetizer..... appetizer was then served to the wrong table..... Once we were ready to go it finally came, and it was burnt to a crisp..... You could hear the female manager in the kitchen complaining the whole time to the staff...... It took over half an hour to finally get the check after requesting that the burnt appetizer be removed from the bill. Seating was quick, because the house was empty. But service from the kitchen took forever.... And then only to be delivered an unappealing overcooked dish, it wasnt worth out to ask for anything else.... So I simply requested the check and wanted to leave...... I cannot believe I had to wait an additional half hour for the manager to correct the bill.... And she wasnt shy about being displeased. Very cocky and snappy. I felt so bad her employees. I walked out and shooed away the next couple that was on their way in!!!! NO WAY WILL I EVER PAY FOR SUCH CRUMMY SERVICE. The waiter and hostess were very pleasant and apologetic for their bosses behavior. However, I wont be returning anytime soon.

We came here for Mothers Day. Thought it would be a nice treat. Wrong. Its been a while since we were here so we didnt know a franchise bought the place. They changed things in a big way. The menu is totally different. Harder to navigate since everything is mixed up and the descriptions are done in very small print. Our server Donald was very nice, friendly, easy to talk to & did a great job. His manager Scott was also quite nice. Sadly this Fridays is just not worth any money at all. The portions are so small a party of two needs to buy a few appetizers along with the main course depending on what your main course is. Dont get the 10 ounce sirloin. It is not worth $13.60 and if you want Jack Daniels sauce its a dollar extra. Just terrible all the way around. Until I can be sure of the franchise who owns this Fridays I cant post their name but once I verify that info I will update this post.

Worst customer service! My boyfriend and I had never experienced anything like this. First, we ordered an appetizer, thinking it would get here before our entrees. We didnt even get our appetizer!! We were waiting for an explanation of why we didnt get it, waiter completely ignored us. But he was attending the other tables around us. Then comes up to us and says "I didnt forget about you guys, Im talking to my manager about the appetizer." Never came back and the manager didnt even come to apologize for it! We waited 30 minutes for the waiter to come get our checks. Another 30 minutes to get our receipt. Never coming back! We were literally there for 2 hours!

My wife and I came here for our anniversary a while back and it was a wonderful experience! The tables were a little tight and cramped (as we like to sit together). However, that wasnt an issue once the fantastic food arrived! The waitstaff was so nice and explained everything we had questions on. The lighting was perfect in this place. That is what I really look for in an eatery, good lighting. Most places like Chilis or Applebees want to blind you, almost like furrowing your brow to avoid looking at the sun! Not TGI Fridays! They keep it nice and low-lit and keep on the warm and friendly atmosphere. Thanks again!

This used to be a great place with good food. Lately the food and drinks hasnt been that great. Staff is nice but they need more training on bartending and how to keep the area clean, my bf and i usually sit at the bar and its always dirty and sticky. They are always running out of glasses and the glasses are always dirty. (Not sure whos in charge of the dishes)They do not wash their hands as they should, (they touch everything including the trash) and have seen then dropping things on the floor and then using them without washing it. It used to be my favorite place to eat/drink, not anymore:(.
