Very disappointing experience. Ordered a pick-up order online, it took way longer than our quoted time. Once the girl got back to our office with our order, we had only received the Lettuce Cups for the Chicken Lettuce Wraps and nothing else. I called to speak with a manager because of course it was my food that was messed up. Had to call twice since the first time I was on hold so long that I couldnt wait any longer since I was once again at work. The second time I called, after an equally long hold, a manager got on the phone and repeatedly told us to just come back and pick it up. ONCE AGAIN, we are at work and cannot keep leaving for 30+ minutes at a time because our order cant be done correctly. Then she just said shed mail me a gift certificate and dismissed me. Maybe I am just hangry and mad that I am now not eating after a 13 hour day at work but the lack of sincerity and blatant disregard for our business was disgusting... Because of this experience, Big Bowl will never receive our business again.

As a lover of homemade thai food I wasnt too impressed. But if Im rating this place as a restaurant, it is good. The food was good, but i get the feeling it leaned away from traditional thai food, and more towards the American pallette. Which isnt to say it was bad, the food our group recievrd was rather good and well recieved with attentive staff. The portions were fair for lunch. But again, there was little spice (contrary to how you prepare most thai dishes). The selection was also limited to the better known dishes, and the price was a little high for what I got. But it is a good place to get a taste for asian food if youve never encountered it before. The bar and salad bar as well as the elegant atmosphere was definitely a plus as well. Go in with an open mind

Went to Big Bowl for an early dinner with children before going to a movie, around 3:30, the restaurant was fairly empty after waiting 40 for our food we were told that one of the entrees still needed a vegatable selection. So this meant no dinner if we were to make our movie. This would not have been a big deal had the manager had a plan - Such as please come back after your movie and your dinner will be waiting. Instead she wanted to take my information and "possibly" send me a gift card. Im in your restaurant with two small children my issue is happening now not sometime in the future. Manager customer service is crucial. The waitress offered to pay for our food while the manager stood there looking lost.

Simply put, the food was not very good. Out of 4 dinners (all completely different), only 1 was actually decent. I have had much better Pad Thai at every other Asian restaurant I have ever been to including Vongs Thai Kitchen and other local Thai restaurants. The appetizers were decent however. Service was good, but they had no record of my reservation even though I had the confirmation code they gave me. There was currently a long wait time, but they did get us seated in about 10 minutes. For a similiar experience with good food go to P.F. Changs. The prices are simliar and I have been there many times and have never been disappointed.

Big Bowl is amazing! Great food great atmosphere! Both times I have dined here I loved it. Big Bowl gets really busy on Friday, Saturday nights, be prepared to wait for a table. They have a nice bar with a great selection of local beers to try. The waitress was really nice and helpful explaining to me what some of the dishes were an even the ingredients of whats in the dishes (I was surprised she was so knowledgeable about the food!) Some of the dishes are spicy to so be cautious. Definitely recommend trying Big Bowl!

Big Bowl offers chinese food in a great setting. For starters you can try their spring rolls or pot stickers. One of my favorites is the spicy sichuan green beans that come with a spicy chili sauce. For entrees I recommend the spicy sichuan beef. The perfect blend of spice and heat. They also have noodle dishes such as pad thai. My favorite noodle dish is the thai hot pepper chicken with basil noodles. I tend to like things on the spicy side, but their menu offers things less spicy too!!

I wish all restaurants could deliver experiences as good as this one. We hit up this place for an after-work function and our server was perfectly in sync with our whole evening. He chatted it up with us without being overbearing, knew right when to offer more food and drinks, and, my favorite part, showed off the dessert options in a way that we couldnt resist. Theres a lot of food options in the area, but I would rather visit this place again than gamble on somewhere new.

Absolutely horrible service. I walked in waited for 10 minutes, was never acknowledged that I was there. I was patiently waiting for hostess to ask me how many in the party as she looked busy doing something with the screen. She never acknowledged i was standing there with my two kids waiting. Then when 4 other people walk in she welcomes them and takes there name down for the next table. I cant believe how bad the hostess was.

Food was delicious! Reserved on Open Table and booth was not ready, no big deal. Super busy on a Sunday night at 7pm. Extremely loud, not the place if you want to talk. Temperature was very cold inside. We were in and out in less than an hour. Not relaxing but I would definitely get food from there as it was delicious! Crab Rangoon, pot stickers, teryaiki fried rice, Beef fun noodles, thai iced tea. All great!

Food is always good. Only problem on this visit is, came here for dinner with my wife, was told it was about a 35 min wait which isnt too bad. Until we had to wait almost an hour because one of the hostesses had a couple friends come in, without a reservation and bumped them to the top of the wait list. This should not be allowed and resulted in a way longer wait than it should have been.

Been here many many times. My wifes favorite restaurant. Im sure shed give it a five. Its always crowded, service is okay, but the vegetarian options are subpar. Kung pao tofu, or building your own stir fry is pretty much the only healthy veggie options. They need more variety, being as they are part of a franchised corporate chain. Liquor is too expensive also.

I ordered off the menu and the food had a lot of different flavors which confused my palate. It was very fresh, hot and good but it is my belief that I am not a big fan of this type of fusion. The wait staff was excellent and very attentive. Everything was excellent except I think I do not like this type of food. Next time I will create my own bowl.
