The first thing I did when I entered the restaurant AT 250 WEST ROLLINS ROAD, ROUND LAKE BEACH, IL, was go to wash my hands before eating. I applied soap to my hands and waved my hands under the automatic faucet. The water was scalding hot! It was all I could do to just get the soap off of me, and forget about washing my hands. Not only is this dangerous, it is unsanitary! I immediately told the cashier that I had burned my hands trying to get the soap off and all she did was laugh and say "really?" I was appalled! THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AND FIXED!!!!! THE MANAGER KEPT HER BACK TO ME AND REFUSED TO MAKE EYE CONTACT! If a consumer is unable to wash their hands, how are the employees washing their hands???????? The Health Department needs to shut this place down until they fix that problem! The employees will not address it if they dont!

I attempted to order delivery from the local Burger King, seeing it was offered. Our office is 5 minutes away, but I was unable to go pick the food up myself since there wouldve been no one to run the office. We waited 45 minutes, no food came. I called and they said there was a goof up, but our food was on its way. 30 minutes goes by, still no food arrived. I called and spoke with someone again who said the delivery driver had left with our food, but had another delivery in front of it. At that point, I cancelled the order because in no way shouldve it taken over 1 1/2 hours to receive food from a restaurant that is only 2 blocks away!! To make matters worse, the employee I spoke with didnt even offer an apology. All she could do is offer excuses as to why we hadnt received our food.

I ordered the delivery and tipped $5 on credit card for an order under $20. When I looked at my bank statement I realized that I had been robbed when the delivery girl decided to change my gracious $5 tip to a whopping $10 tip. I called the store and the manager told me to bring my bank statement in?? What happened to customer service??? Burger King has lost some VERY valuable customers, as my family, friends and anyone I discuss this incident with will never spend another dollar in that restaurant.

I went with my kids, the employees were all nice! Even helped me with my food to my table.....but.... there were flies in their cookie display & i told the young man about it, he didnt do anything but left the flies landing on all the cookies. I told him he should take the cookies out but he didnt listen. Probably my only bad comment about this place. Other then that, i enjoyed eating here in the play area.

Having never eaten any chicken fries before, I decided to stop and try some at about 2:00 p.m. What I got was probably left over from lunch. Not even close to warm and more like chewing on the rubber sole of my flip-flops!! I was anxious to try one, so I picked one out while pulling out of the parking lot. Food doesnt turn tepid and rubbery in one minute, so what are they serving there? Im disgusted!

My husband recieved a crispy chicken sandwich when he ordered an original chicken sandwich. Not only that, when he got home he literally took TWO bites out of his sandwich and in each bite he found 2 long, curly, black hairs in the sandwich. That is just plain disgusting. I called to complain but no one picked up!? We will not be ordering from here anytime soon.

Dine in breakfast - took us 15 minutes to get our food and it had to be corrected twice. First we were given the wrong size hash browns and we werent given our coffee, then we had the wrong sandwich. My fiances sandwich looked like it was stepped on and the eggs on my burrito were kind of runny. This place used to be good, now its slipping in quality and speed.

This place needs to get there stuff together! This is the second time in a row we went and ordered onion rings but got frys. Also, they gave me the wrong order and they ran out of toys so my son she offered a cookie instead , then didnt give it to us! My son was so upset! They will not get my business again!

I visit this restaurant often. Good food, clean and inviting. For a quick lunch I cant beat it. Friendly staff from the kitchen and cahier staff up to the manager, who is a very sweet lady. I am always served hot and fresh food thats cooked to order.

Ordered 2 for 5 chickens at lunch today. Something I have ordered in more questionable towns. The first batch was soggy and burnt. I asked for replacements...the 2nd was just burnt. Change the fryer grease people....
