I would give them no stars if I could, I have an hour for lunch have been there once or twice without any problems worthy of more stars... The past two times me and my coworkers have had to wait for service and they were pretty busy so the food took a while to come out to us making us late returning to work. On my visit today they werent busy at all maybe 5 or 6 other tables- took 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that we were there, after sitting for 30 more minutes we hadnt been spoken to again and hadnt gotten any food- we even ordered an APPETIZER- horrible service!!!

Very sad. Server got our order, didnt get it right. Never came to check on our table. Never got refills, one person never got his food. Our server was standing in the back on her phone. Couldnt even get a to go box until 20 mins later after asking for one. Never got a check total. This was THEE worst service I have ever had. Never will I go back. It took all I had not to raise hell and start cursing.

Service was a tad slow, but once we were noticed, the wait staff was plenty friendly, the food was yum, and the atmosphere was family-appropriate. The kids had kids burgers with chocolate milk; I had catfish with fabulous okra and hush puppies, and another guest had the bbq sandwich. Great little stop, right on the highway headed into mobile.

The burgers were great as usual. Our service however was the worst. Our server was terrible in every way. 15 mins to get drinks, she took a smoke break, then took an hour to get our food. When I asked where our food was she blamed the kitchen pretending to be mad and swearing in front of my 8yr. Old.

Had the catfish dinner with turnip greens, corn nuggets, and hush puppies... Wow! Everything was cooked to my likings...I could have ate about a dozen of the hush puppies and drank the sweet tea by the gallon. Great service and great southern fried food!

Their master burger all the way is the very best burger Ive ever ate. Also the chicken tenders are very tasty which ever I have on that day I alwa ys finish it up with either a banana split or a coffe milkshake theirs none like them know wheres.

I Love the Ham Steak here also the field peas with snaps and homemade Mac and cheese. So come on out and visit and you wil come away full. The Ladies who work ate Awesome as are the People in the back... Thank you all .

Ive been going there since I was as little kid and eating the Master Burger with bacon and gravy on my french fries. Absolutely amazing burgers. The best Ive had and Ive traveled all over the country.

Food was not worth the money. They charge way too much for what they call a Burger Master Hamburger. One thin slice of bacon, Velveeta cheese on a bun. The onion rings were good! Slow service.

This is my husband and I second time earing here!!! I love them so muches!!! My favorite the Master club with bacon, ham, Turkey and cheese, with double fries. Add an order of Corn Nuggets!!!
