I have visited this restaurants several times throughout the past year because I wanted to make sure I wrote an accurate review. Ive always been greeted and treated well at RAM. The servers are full of energy and patience. The bartender serves homemade brew and makes great mixed drinks. The ambiance is soothing yet lively. From time to time, even the managers take time to introduce themselves to customers, making sure we are happy. No matter what I order, the food is hot and fresh. The waiting time is decent. There is never any rush to "turn the table" (a term restaurant owners use to focus on the quantity of time, rather than the quality of time, spent by servers). I love all of the seafood entrees and appetizers, in fact I love all of the appetizers, especially the brussel sprouts. Of course I love all of the desserts. I have never had a burger, but my friends and family have, and they love the ones they have had. I dont easily give five-star reviews because there is usually something that needs to be improved, but I cant figure out anything to criticize

Freezing, poor audio, poor service, good food. When we first walked in, no one greeted or offered a table, so we headed to the bar, where we found 2 seats together that didnt have empty drinks left from the previous customer. The metal counters reeked of bleach and were freezing so we just didnt rest on them. It took a few minutes to get a drink, but meanwhile we enjoyed the NBA finals on their 4 small screens playing it. For some odd reason, they were blasting club party music through the speakers despite most people there obviously just enjoying the game. The food came out quick enough and was pretty good. It felt a bit pricey, but considering the neighborhood (hotels and airport) it made sense. Just not for me, Im not going in there again any time soon.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. The hosts told us a 45 min wait and after an hour and an half we were still waiting. However there were several tables left open for the entire hour and a half left as "reserved" though no one sat there until a party of 8 was seated before us despite the fact that they didnt have a reservation and showed up after us. we never were seated after a grand total of 2 hours waiting. we took our business to McDonalds where we got much better service. .go elsewhere if you would like even remotely decent service or until the ram in rosemont changes its host staff and management.

Used to be great, now just average. It was our first time eating here since they changed their menu, the fried calamari used to be superior, strips of calamari instead of the traditional rings, in a lovely sweet and sour sauce mixed with a few peppers. Not anymore. What we were served were minuscule rings slobered in oil and peppers. The fries were basically salt mines and unedible. The burger was the one saving grace and the service was excellent and accommodating, even took the calamari off our bill. Go if you like a passable burger but dont expect greatness.

I rolled up to this place after realizing traffic post flight rendered me virtually immobile. I sat at the bar and was greeted by the most jovial and productive bartender Ive seen in a while. After chumming it up, I went with the meatloaf and to out it simply this was a good life decision. I casually watched sports and sank my teeth into the delicious, savory, and succulent dish while sipping on their fantastic in house big red ale. I couldnt be happier with the food or the service. Thanks Jake! Whatever theyre paying you its not enough.

The food and drinks were good. The service was not. I dont know my waitresses name because she never said it and she also wasnt wearing a visible name tag. After sitting for a few minutes, I was looking down at my phone and was startled by "WHAT CAN I GET YOU TO DRINK?". I was caught off guard by her loud, aggressive tone, her lack of manners AND lack of a basic introduction/greeting. My friend and I sat at a table, NOT the bar. Our waitress was unfriendly and rude. Im not sure if Id go back to this place or even recommend to others.

I used to love this place, unfortunately the food has gone downhill and the service is downright awful. Our waiter disappeared after bringing our drinks (someone else brought out our dinner) and didnt return until about 20 minutes after we had finished our meal. No drink refills, dessert, or checking to see if we needed anything. The waiter did share his excitement that his girlfriend was now also working there when he introduced himself, so Im pretty sure I can deduce where his time was spent. We will not be returning.

Have been here the last two nights as Im staying across the street for a work trip. Tomato soup and pretzel were both decent. Nitro porter was very good but the service from the girl behind the bar was less than lackluster all night. Second night I ordered the chimichurri steak. Mediocre sides and sauce as well as undercooked. however the service was fantastic. The guy behind the bar comped a few beers for the mishap on the steak and was extremely attentive the entire time

We went to celebrate our dear friend, Helen Jezuits 95th Birthday. The staff is so kind and helpful. They also had great suggestions about our meals. They were soo friendly as well. They were even kind enough to cut the cake we brought for Helen. Did I forget to add the food was great. This was my husbands , the kids and I first time there and we truly enjoyed. Definitely will return again. Thank you for the great and kind service.

Weve been here a number of times, but Im crossing it off my list. Service was inattentive -- server delivered food and then we didnt see him again for half an hour. The food is mostly alternating layers of sweet goo and salty goo. I realize that some people are looking for that, but Id prefer at least a hint of freshness. The beer is average, not the sophisticate flavors youd expect from a supposed brew pub.

Terrible service, took about an hour for the waiter to take our order, didnt bring out any waters while we waited. Then took another hour to get our food. When we asked what took so long the manager continued trying to argue with us giving us excuses rather than apologizing. Will never eat here again and do not recommend to anyone. Food was pretty good.

The hosts are excellent and very attractive. They opened the doors for me when I came and left and were very helpful when I needed directions to the train station. The one with the bangs was very sweet and charming and the blonde one with the bracelets was funny and entertaining. The food was good but pricey. I would only come back to hit on the girls.

We were guests of the Ron White show and had only a small amount of time to eat before the show. RAM made sure that we were quickly taken care of. Maddie, our server, was awesome! She did a great job! Menu and food were really good. The Buttface Amber Ale was outstanding. We highly recommend if you are going to any Rosemont show! Thank you RAM!
