This place was the hottest Irish pub in the area, from the time it opened, but lately this place has changed. Service is horrible. Let me start by saying this their Dublin burgers were amazing. But on my recent visit, i was shocked when i took my dad for dinner. We have been going here since it opened at least once a month. We both ordered burgers. Usually burgers come with a side of Salad or Fries. The waitress didnt even ask us if we wanted fries or salad. Then our burgers came, something looked odd, THERE WAS NO LETTUCE, NO ONION, NO TOMATO. When we asked about it, the waitress is like "Our burgers dont come with Lettuce, onion, tomato, but if you want we can get them. You have to let us know when you order the burger. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I HEARD THAT WEAK REASON FOR NOT GIVING US STANDARD THINGS LIKE LETTUCE TOMATO ONION. EVEN BURGER KING DOESNT CUT CORNERS TO SAVE SOME MONEY. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A RESTAURANT WHERE YOU ORDER A BURGER AND YOU HAVE TO LET THEM KNOW IF YOU WANT LETTUCE TOMATO ONINON. AND THERE IS NOT A SINGLE MENTION ON THE MENU THAT YOU HAVE TO ASK THEM FOR LETTUCE AND OTHER THINGS. SO BASICALLY I AM PAYING $12 FOR FOR A BUN, PATTY, AND MELTED CHEESE. I finally got my lettuce and other things, had my burger it wasnt even cooked properly. I used to be a regular here but i am never going here again. The server was horrible, she had attitude. Restaurant is cutting corners by not giving lettuce & tomatoes , onion. Never going again

This new restaurant is my favorite place to eat in all of Park Ridge. The Harp and Fiddle has a delicious selection of bar and tavern food with an excellent twist. There are great portions and all of the servers were very accommodating. Also dirty plates and empty tables were cleared quickly. I went there with friends to try as much as possible and I must say that the Dubliner Burger(Irish bacon, Dubliner cheese, pretzel bun), the Tinker Burger(pulled pork, BBQ sauce, Dubliner cheese), Corned Beef Quesadillas, and the Chicken Caprese sandwich were excellent. I am very excited to see the upcoming dessert menu and live music coming in July.

The High quality Bourbon is SO good that I found a bee or fly in it. Good times all around. LOL The bartender gave me a new glass but when he threw it out that was alcohol abuse. LOL. Owner is a great guy and offered to make it better. Guinness is my kryptonite or Sheppard Pie but a good mans handshake is all I needed. So all good. Great place and food. Great people. I wish they didnt charge me for the messed up drink but I never asked and wanted to see the owners actions to my complaint.

This place is great. Good craft beer selection on tap. Ive had 3 dishes so far. The corned beef was unbelievable. One of those sandwiches where you keep thinking about how goo I was and want to go back the next day. It was actual corned beef brisket in 1/4" slices on the freshest marble rye. Steak tacos were good. Steak is the beef medallions. Another dish - the mussels in the appetizer menu. You wont be sorry. Great prices and fantastic food.

The place is new so I will give it a break and hope that next visit will be better. The music was really loud which makes everyone talk really loud, Im not opposed to loud but when I cant have a conversation with my dinner mate less than 2 ft away without almost shouting, its a little loud. The food was acceptable. I will say that its quite sad when a Irish bar cant pour a proper Guinness and thats all I will say about that.

I really tried to like this place but IT IS SO INCREDIBLY LOUD that I couldnt wait to leave. It was impossible to have a conversation with my guests as everyone in the restaurant was screaming over one another. Its a place to have a beer at the bar with friends but definitely not the place to go if you want to have ANY conversation whatsoever. Too bad - I had high hopes but the acoustics are gonna kill this place. :(

Great flavor, Great atmosphere. We have been a few times now and they never disappoint. Mushroom burger, BBQ chicken flatbread, fish n chips, corn beef....all excellent. Great kids menu. Everyone is very friendly. Beer selection is big and always changing. We really like it here. Will be back

Nice addition to Park Ridge. Service good,Colleen,wonderful. Food tasty, fish and chips, shepherds pie. Only negative, no special, drink or food, wine expensive no house wine for a bar!? Pricey. Best of luck hope you can fine tune the experience. 9 for a glass of wine?

Flight of a variety of beer samples Had crab cakes for appetizers and burgers for dinner. Topped off with a brownie ice cream desert. Had great service. Right across from the Park Ridge Metra station. We were able to park on Main street close to the restaurant.

Great food. Great service. Rode our bicycles there on a nice Sunday afternoon. Great outdoor patio on a beautiful day - but also a classy comfortable indoor area if the weather had turned bad. We will definitely go there again and again. Loved it!

This is a new Irish restaurant that was opened not too long ago. Its a nice big open space. Service can be a little slow however wait staffs are very friendly. Food is ok. They have a brunch menu as well as their regular lunch menu during weekends.

Great weekend in Chicago, looking for bar / restaurant near O Hare airport. . discovered this gem in Park Ridge . . Delicious Fiddler salad, home made Apple tart and few drinks. 10 min to airport. . .will definitely be back.

Decent fish and chips. Good draft selection. Prices are reasonable and the outdoor patio is great. Great addition to the park ridge scene, as it is not just another brick oven pizza or sushi place.

Across several visits the service is always poor. If you are in the mood to serve yourself or wait for a food order to eventually show, hang out on the back patio - that is a nice location.
