Went thru the drive thru to order. Asked to switch a taco in the meal for a double decker, didnt know if you could do that or not and the girl, Natalie C gave me an attitude. I continued with my order and when I paid I asked for my receipt, which apparently ticked her off as well. After she gave it to me she slammed the window shut. This will be the last time I go there. I work my tail end off and give great service, not to turn around and give my money to someone who treats people as rudely as she did towards me and for what, because I didnt know if I could switch out a taco? Id rather spend more money on better service than any money on crappy service.

I ate at this Taco Bell and hit some hard pieces of bone in my ground beef. Ended up finding out it was sharp pieces of ground bone in their meat. When I called to let management know that my mouth was all cut up swollen and bleeding. The response was that noone else filed a complaint like mine and I did not keep the evidence. I will never eat at taco bell again and I suggest you avoid it as well. Too scared of their quality control to eat there again.

I am an avid Taco Bell visitor all over Chicago and in just about every city I visit. This is an exceptional Taco Bell. Its not flashy like some of the newer locations, but the service is always quick and the tacos/burritos are always describable as awesome sauce with sprinkles on top. Got a few minutes and want something great to eat? Check this Taco Bell out. You wont be disappointed.

This place is completely horrible I usually dont give bad reviews but I was under Lee disgusted at how long it take to not even take somebodys order then the store is not even clean tons of people in line waiting and nobody even says well be right with you poorly managed. I will never come here again. I recommend to not go here unless you want to have to wait forever

Ive learned that itll be what you make it. Those giving bad reviews probably do that to everyone. Ive always found the food good, the service good and the staff friendly. We are here 2 to 3 times a week. Its fast food not a gourmet restaurant.

Not expecting much, it is a taco bell.. bit when you go to a "fast" food place, it should be almost edible and one would hope fast... 20 minute wait for a "taco" is unacceptable
