If youre thinking of dining here, you should think twice. We went for a family night. The waitresses were not helpful at all. They look like they dont want to be there. We dined there 3 times, and each time we went we had 2 different waitresses. It is safe to say that both of them looked like they didnt want to be there. I understand that maybe it is not a career or their dream job, but it is an honest one. With the recession in full effect, they should be glad to have a job. One visit the pizza was so good, another time, it was soggy. The waitress took our orders wrong. AFter we had told her about it, she looked at us like "so.... what do you want me to do now??" That is why I gave the rating of 2 stars.

I only gave one star because I had to. Went there last night and got terrible service, really no service at all. The restaurant was filthy, the menus were falling apart. My fiancee and I were seated by what appeared to be the manager, we were handed menus and was told a server would be with us shortly to take our orders. The place was empty, only two other tables had customers seated and they we were leaving. We waited for 15 minutes and was not offered drinks nor had a server approach our table. We ended up leaving and going to the IHOP right down the street and had the best service ever. I suggest to skip the pizza and get pancakes instead.

The phone staff wasnt good at taking order for delivery. Had to repeat things multiple times which is usually fine but, I never got my delivery. After 1 hour of waiting, I called back and was told that their driver came to my place and left because he couldnt find me. It was already too late to have another person deliver it for me and was told that my best option was to pick it up. Never buying from this place again.

This is the worst pizzahut i have ever been to. the place is so dirty. They dont even clean the tables after the customer leaves.When I went to pick up my order, i asked them for parmesan cheese and red peppers, and i was given 1 packet each of parmesan cheese and red peppers. I have never seen that ever.also the pizza wasnt that great. So overall, a BIG NO NO!!

Went there the other night as we walked in we could hear the phone ringing and no one was at the front desk. Waited 10 minutes for a delivery driver to tell us someone would be with us (no one picked up the phone). We waited another 8 or so minutes for our so called cashier that never appeared we decided to just walk out never going here again.

I would STAY AWAY from this pizza hut! The delivery was bad, they were late and pizza was COLD and HARD. The pizza sat in their store and and when we called they realized they forgot to deliver pizza. The delivery was more than 30 minutes late. STAY AWAY, ORDER DOMINOS OR JIMMY JOHNS INSTEAD!!!!

Pizza hut in general is an awesome place but for some reason this location makes the worst pizzas Ive ever tasted. been a couple days since my first/ last visit I order 2 pizza one thin and other thick they were cold and just not right from the ingredients to the way they cook it. BE Warned.

Ive Order Their $20 Big Box Deal Over Five Times. Tonight Was The Last Time Ill Order From Here Again. Our Pizza Wasnt Cooked Throughly And As Always They Managed To Mess Up My Order. Only Thing I Really Like From Here Is Their Wings. If I Ever Do Buy From Here It Will Be Only For Their Wings.

We did NOT get our pizza within the time limit they gave us! (30 min ) we call after an hour and they said they were around the corner , mind you we are 5 min away . It took ANOTHER 30 MINUTES before they drop off our cold ass food.

I just went to dine in and all the staff saw me with my wife and three kids. They never atemp to see if we wanted to order, I waited for 20 minutes and I end up leaving that place. I Do not recomend this place to anyone.

Love the lunch buffet and the staff! Reasonable price and quick service. Miss the dessert pizzas. Wish Pizza Hut would bring the dessert pizzas back!
