Ordered 3 dinner for three brothers. General Tso Chicken- very good flavor profile, chicken was not overly breaded, sauce was great Roasted Pork Fried rice- was good, not dry and crumbly, but made well. Egg Rolls- We got the veggie ones and they were just okay, overly stuffed and a but too breaded. Crab Rangoon- These were great, not a thick grotesque cream but light and smooth with a hint of sweetness, very good. Egg drop soup- I generally dont like the soup and this one was no different. The two other entrees were subpar and the fact that I dont remember the names of them are a testament to how bad they were. Overly spiced , no shrimp or chicken, and a bit greasy. Price wise, we paid 25$ for three people. Not bad 4/5 price wise The kicker is we got a bit sick the next day, Im not blaming the restaurant but its something we all ate and got nauseous, gas, and the big D... I probably would have given it a 4 star otherwise. Well maybe. Overall not bad but far from authentic. NYC type feel place

the best chinese food in lake county. I lived in New York City for 15 years and Lucky Food offers the best and closest taste to NYCs Chinese restaurant around. Their fried rice is moist not dry like the others and needs no condiments. it is blazing with flavor. they also have the thickest egg rolls around. Reminds me so much of NYC with the kitchen in the front, cooks with their hats backwards and pork egg rolls! I am so glad they are in town. Dining area is very clean with nice furniture. You can even place orders online and I believe they also deliver. NYC experience!!!

This place was the absolute worse! I ordered vegetable fried rice along with wings. How can you get this order wrong? right? The rice was overcooked the texture was mushy and the fried wings were soggy and undercooked. They were dark in the inside as if the meat was OLD. I would never purchase anything else from them not even a soda. The only reason I gave them one star was because of the convenience of ordering online which I thought was very COOL! Otherwise, find another place to purchase chinese.

Absolutely love this place. The food here is so delicious and fresh! Me and my boyfriend are always surprised on how steaming hot our food is when we ask for the restaurant to deliver it to our home! The employees are very nice and generous. The prices here are amazing. I bought $30 worth of food and had plenty of left overs!!! We always preorder before we dine in or when we pick up to take home and theyre usually ready in 15 minutes. I reccomend this place to anyone!!!!

Lucky is delicious! We ordered for the first time tonight and it definitely exceeded our expectations. Their website looked promising and you can order online really easily. We got egg drop soup (the only thing I did not dig; it was really viscous), tofu in black bean sauce, Singapore noodles and egg rolls. Delicious and look forward to trying some other dishes.

I have given this place 2 chances now and I will never do it again. Our food is now 45 minutes past delivery time and told itd be another 15 minutes. Same thing happened last time. I called to find out if it is even on the way and it took freaking three people to tell me to wait longer and no apology or explanation. PLUS! ITS ONLY 14 MINUTES FROM MY HOUSE!

I think the food here is average, it use to taste better 2 years ago, but they keep putting certain family members in the kitchen who dont cook as well. Also some times the men have attitudes, and one of the women there does not speak English. She also messed up my order. I go elsewhere now.

I liked their food (some dishes are better than others), but I noticed they dont place forks or spoons with your takeout orders. Ive had it delivered or I picked up in the store. Both times I had to somehow find forks or spoons at work...

Great price for Lunch special otherwise a little pricey. Ordered Chicken & Broccoli with fried rice and comes with giant pork egg roll. All very good. Crab Rangoon was also good and they didnt skimp on sweet and sour sauce.

The best fried rice, just say no bok choy.. I always order the fried rice and angel hair rice noodle also minus the bok choy. Crab Rangoon is good also.
