0 if I could... One thing after another. First we order tacos, all 3 of us. They all came out wrong. Instead of taking them back she said shed go get sour cream for us and said the verde salsa had to be made.... half hr later still no salsa as our mediocre tacos got cold.2nd- We were sitting on the porch, game 4 of NBA finals in a sports bar mind u (big deal as it was 3-0 and) and halftime comes on so the sound switched to the bar music like most places. Well quarter 3 is going on and music hasnt switched back. My fiance asked politely, can we get the sound back for the game? Whats going on? She told him a dj was inside so music doesnt come back on for games. We said a dj, live, inside in a surprised way bc we didnt know. She said yea every Friday w attitude. Well apparently somewhere along that conversation it tipped her over the edge and complained about us to the manager. He marches outside (prob 260-300lb guy) yells, "Yo you the one complaining? This better now?" We said we just wanted to hear the game. Stomps back off in a scare tactic sort of way. Then volume goes up like full blast. We are shouting to hear each other and there are other parties on the porch trying to socialize... so I say no way, unacceptable. I asked Is this how u handle things? By coming out all tough? Whats the problem? We dont appreciate all this. He responds, in front of our overly stressed out waitress that he heard from her we have been giving her attitude and disrespectful. WHAT? She chimes in with- yea ur husband or fiance or whatever he is has been giving me nothing but attitude all night. I laughed and said wow, hes a monotone talker and u have it all wrong. I talk back and forth with them and the manager is saying he was rude bc we were rude?!!! Ok...Clearly dont care about their customers. Anyway our waitress came out one last time and we said we ordered a side of chips and salsa about an hr ago... We said we dont need bc so much time had gone by. I said I wanted to speak to the manager again and she chimed in with I dont appreciate the attitude youve been giving me all night. I work hard you know? I have 2 jobs and work hard for what I have. And I pipe in we have all worked 2 jobs before and we all work hard. Why did she even point that out? There is a difference between working hard and earning money, being polite, earning more... or just working... just showing up and being less than polite and hating what you do and being overly sensitive towards situations. Regardless the manager comes back out and says, I understand ur complaining. I stopped him right there and said no ur using the wrong word, complaining isnt the word. We were asking general questions and its interpreted as complaining. Really bizarre! Really awful. We go back and forth and said its ok for her to feel mistreated and we are completely mistreated but since its ur place its ok?? So he finally asked well what do you want me to do. I said do something, anything, comp us some on our meals. He said u checking out now? (My sanity maybe lol) NO, its the 3rd quarter! Anyway we finally got a fantastic waitress Ally, that replaced miss -understood :) She was smiley, bubbly, happy and extremely apologetic. She took like $9 off all our bills, was prompt and what youd expect. We explained what happened and she right away said gotta take of the customer no matter what. Customer is always right. I work management, I work with people and I understand the stress. But u always look to make sure you have customer service like she provided vs the manager and first waitress. This was the worst experience we had ever had. ***Again I DO NOT reccomend unless you request Ally**** Otherwise you might get misread, have scare tactics thrown at you, and have beer that comes out warm with a not so frosted mug.... Why was ally able to bring a truly frosted mug and the others were barely even cool with 0 frost on them? But thats whole different story... unbelievable!

Good food. Great prices. Good beer list. The service is absolutely horrible. Been coming here for a few months now because i live close. Dont know if the servers have any training or they just get the job. Sat for 20 minutes before being addressed by anyone, and wasnt even our server. Food took 25 minutes, after ordering, and wasnt correct. If you dont have a bar seat, good luck.

First time here I walk up to a rambunctious crowd at the tail end of a Cubs game. Loud outdoor patio with a sports bar feel. However, I walk in and see families with young kids eating dinner. Its just a great in between kind of place serving good food. We took food to go and burger and sandwich were great. Onion rings and wings also solid. Would go again.

Stopped in her Saturday afternoon. Our server was delightful! Very helpful, made excellent menu suggestions. Excellent food. Overall great experience! Would definitely (actually already planning on ) come back again, as well as recommend for others to try them out!

This place is incredible. Wonderful food, beverages, and service. Great number of TVs to watch sports any day of the week. They have a nice outside area that can be used all seasons with heaters and ever wood burning fire pits. Check it out for a fun night out.

Just happened upon this place while passing through. Great people, both working and locals. Folks were very friendly, service was stellar, food was great and we even enjoyed the bar bingo! We will be returning when we are in the area! Highly recommend!!

Overrated, the dirty fries were really good but their prohibition lager tasted like water. Their burgers were nothing special and service was also slow even though there wasnt that many people in there.

Ive had mixed experiences here but Ive been since day one and it seems to be leveling off to a good place. Good food and beer and service has gotten better with each visit. Keep up the good work!

Love this place. They have great food and drinks. When you go ask for Kathy she is awesome. They have great tasting homemade Chips they are a must have. Wednesday night they have Karaoke night.

I had the port wine cheddar burger and it was Simply Delicious. We went on the 4th of July and it was not super crowded sat on the deck and had it all to ourselves it was beautiful. Good service
