Wow!! Certainly was disappointed compared to my experience a year and 1/2 ago. Could not have gotten a colder reception at the outset. "Hi...table or booth", was my greeting for lunch. And as I was led to the booth, the menu was plopped down on the table without another word, and the big young man was already 5 steps away before I even reached my seat. There was no one waiting at the door. In fact, he just casually walked away with no particular place to go. I did notice throughout he appeared to also provide support to the service crew, bussing tables and refilling drinks. But what happened next is what actually made me feel unwelcome. I asked him later after receiving my check, as he stood by an empty table about a "charge for mayo" on my check that I was admittedly surprised to see. His answer..."Yeah, theres a charge." It was monotone and even dismissive. When I tried to simply explain that I was surprised there was a charge for a condiment, and wasnt informed there would be, he simply shrugged his soldiers...no words. I am a former regional director and brand manager on the corporate side, in the casual dining industry. I spent over 20 years in restaurants, including time as a server while in college. Because I often know there is much the customer does not see, and that they often exaggerate...Im a benefit of the doubt guy with crew. That said...as I departed the restaurant, I politely and quite friendly told the same young man to have a good day. I looked him square in the eyes, and he didnt do so much as even nod his head, let alone say goodbye. And mind you, I had not spoken to anyone about my experience. So there was certainly no reason to be upset. I have to say, and its been a long time since I could say this, but I actually felt unwelcome. No front of house employee, even one inexperienced, would not know how much that body language and indifference would sit with a diner. Particularly one who has numerous choices in the area. This individual represents your first and last impression. If not for the food and adequate service, this would most certainly have been a 1 star review. And I should note, Im writing this because this was the second time I had such an experience.

Been ordering here for years. Probably purchased thousands of dollars in food from them. They just recently got new management. Well there new management sucks. I just right now received food with hair in it. They offered to credit me for the purchase. Really not concerned with that. The fact that when I ask to speak with a manager that he/she is to busy to speak with a customer that has bought thousands in food from them is nearly as repulsive as finding someones hair in my food. Keep your credit. Thats the last penny you will ever receive from me. Great job Ill make sure to tell all my neighbors. Sharing this to Facebook now too. Make sure everyone knows g how disgusting and poor you treat your customers.

We used to order from here at least twice a month for work...now with new management, we will be finding other restaurants to order from. Food is wonderful, unfortunately new owner Dennis is greedy and has raised the prices on almost everything. $8 for a build your own burger? Kostas has the same thing for half the price AND it tastes better. Want to get gouged and asked to pay $2 extra for sour cream, cheese and bacon bits for your baked potato? Eat here. I predict they will be out of business in one year with these inflated prices. Its really sad because the food is good!

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered through grubhub. And hour after I place my order the delivery driver calls saying he cant find my house. He was in huntley, I live in elgin. He had already been on the road, with my food, for 15 minutes and was 20 mins away. So I was supposed to eat cold food? I called grubhub, and in turn they called Randal Roadhouse, they said I could take the food as is, or cancel. I canceled and will never order from them again. I am a restaurant manager and I have never before experienced such horrible customer service!

Pizza bread was soggy, undercooked and served on a bed of lettuce. It had a distinct lettuce flavor. My son ordered an Italian beef and it came out cold and the meat was gray and rubbery. My daughter was brought the wrong soup and they brought out the replacement after her entree had arrived. The rest of the food was mediocre at best. Beer selection was decent. Id say stop here for a beer on your way out to eat.

I went here with my family a couple days ago and it was the worst service Ive ever had. The beer was warm, we ordered pizza and it took an hour and a half to come out cold and with the wrong toppings and when I went to ask about it someone named rich told me they were sorry they cant do anything about it. Terrible service I would not reccomend this place to anyone, I wouldnt even reccomend this place to a dog.

This place had been a hangout for me and my 5yo son to have dinner, with nothing but positive experiences. However, I must say today was the worst. I ordered a side salad and the croutons were like chewing on a wet sponge. Then my sons pizza arrived....I was amazed how an individual sized thin crust cheese pizza turned into a double dough pizza with bacon and sausage on it.

Food and drinks are great at this place. The serving portions are a lot for the items you order, but that is because the prices are high. We only order from this place once in a while because of the price, but if you are looking for a small hidden place that serves delicious food, I would give this place a try. They would get 5 stars if the prices were a bit lower.

Ive only had lunch here a few times - food is great. But I order pizza from here often and I think they have the best pizza around. You can tell they use good cheese and ingredients. Ive had pizza from here for work functions and have ordered many times for myself. Ive had pizza all over the country and Randall Roadhouse ranks at the top of my list!

This is one of my favorite restaurants/Bar in town. They serve great food in large portions and the pricing is very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and the have a great selections of beers and liquors. When looking for a place to eat & drink while watching sports this is the place. Try their Eggplant Rolatini it is great!

The food is ok. But I played 5 songs on the juke box and the staff cut them short because they didnt like them. Why have a jukebox if you wont let people play songs unless theyre the style of music you prefer??? The manager seemed like a douchebag too. He was the one who was saying to skip the songs because he didnt like them.

Nice little sports bar with a nice little outside area. Did not eat here so cant judge on any of that but by the looks of it, it has a wide variety of food from pasta to pizza and steaks as well as the usual bar food. Had a few drinks and they have a nice selection of beer on tap and would like to come back and try the food
