Been going to this place for over a year now. Normally no issues.. My neighbor and I both ate there late morning and experienced unpleasant side effects from their food. We both consumed eggs and bacon from this establishment and had the same symptoms 1-2 hours after eating there (it was the first meal of the day). I spoke with Louie the Manager to notify him of the occurrence so he would be aware and his staff. He was extremely rude, defensive, cutting me off in the conversation. Didnt even apologize. I understand not admitting fault, but come on Im a customer dont behave like that. No one else has complained other then us as of yet. He also wanted to educate me on his past history with the health department, since he is so educated he should know it can take 1-8 hours for food poisoning symptoms to show and maybe other phone calls will be coming in later and thats from my 8 years in the critical care health field speaking. I will not be coming back here just because of the side effects from the food and the way Louie handled the situation was not professional.

This Sunday at 6:40am place looked very dark, no cars in parking lot, no people/staff inside (visible). Appeared CLOSED! However, website said open at 6am! I called to inquire what time they open. Unfortunately, the waitress/hostess who answered the phone was annoyed and sarcastically said they were open. I went in and was not given the menu (regular and "specials"). She not even asked if I wanted something to drink. Finally, the she brought over a menu. I asked her for the "specials"; she rudely replied "we dont have any; this is the menu!" I asked her again for the "specials" i.e. pumpkin pancakes; suddenly she produced an additional "Fall Specials" menu. I will not return; she was not only rude, but unattentive. She certainly is in the wrong line of work if she has such a rude attitude. I felt I was bothering her when I asked for more coffee! Excuse me! And, by the way, the pumpkin pancakes were not at all the best. Egg Harbour has the best!

I use to enjoy comming here until today. The kitchen made my order wrong so the waitress took my plate and walked all over the resturant then brought to the cook who in turn, brought it right back to my table trying to ensure me the order was made correct. After several people breathed and talked over my plate I told them I didnt want it, and cook refused to re make it. I then spoke with the Manger who told me she would have him return make it and take it off my bill. When the bill came i was still charged for it. When askd, the waitress said the Manger said to put it back on the bill. This is not customer service at its best. And I will no longer be spending my money here.

Disappointed Upset Livid These are some of the words to describe our SHORT experience! While ordering our waitress advised we could not substitute pork sausage for turkey and we were livid! We do not feel we should have to pay for an entire orer of turkey sausage, because we do not EAT PORK! Since when does one get penalized for their dietary needs!?!?! The order of sausage was an additional $4! Granted $4 isnt alot but its the principal!!!! Once again, we shouldnt have to pay extra because we do not eat pork! We wont step foot in this place again!!!

The first at this place the food was good, ate the skirt steak & eggs, the meat was pefectly seasoned but today I went there & they sat me at a table right under the a/c vents & its was chilly but outside the temp was in the lower 70s & after they brought my food it was cold 10 mins after. When I went to pay my bill, I brought it to their attention but didnt even offer to give me minor discount for the inconvenience of the cold food or nothing. I will be going back to my usual spot, "The Golden Nugget Pancake House" at Lawrence & Ravenswood.

The best experience at dinner ever, their 3rd anniversary celebration, foods always great. Had live entertainment, made you want to get up & dance. Fun times. We only missed the server we usually ask for Mary G. it must have been her night off, best server ever, very hard job, but she makes dinning there very nice, great people person, always smiling & always friendly. The owners of Blossom Cafe & Banquets are fortunate because shes the best. Weve eaten at many restaurants all over Chgo. & US, Blossom Cafe gets a 10 star rating from us.

This place has the worst customer service. Management is very rude and try to overcharge if you ask for a menu item they offer on a different day. Another time they charged me $7.00 for a salad consisting of just lettuce! I will not be eating at this place again. The phone staff is not any better. They are not even familiar with their menu. I think test GREEK owners believe treating customers poorly is good for business! They couldnt be more wrong. They will end up just like Phoenix restaurant. SOLD! Do not recommend this place.

This used to be my go to place but back to back bad experiences make this place a one star or less. Last time I went I was next in line and the hostess totally looked pasted me and took someone else. Today I went was seated and sat there for over 10 minutes without even speaking to a waiter. And the place was pretty empty. Horrible customer service which is sad because the food is good. Will not ever be returning. Check out Ellys right down the road better service better food.

This place is honestly one of the best places I have ever dined at. I found this place about 3 years ago and every time i go the service is amazing and food taste so good! I have tried the pasta to the breakfast omelettes and I cannot say anything bad. Seating is always fast with the exception of those busy days but hey it just goes to show how many people really enjoy the place. This is one of my favorite spots for sure!

Looks clean, newly remodeled, good breakfast, multiple tvs. What really made an impression was I asked the waiter who takes out order all the time, do you have grape jelly. He kept saying no we dont until finally one day he stopped by the store himself and picked up grape jelly so I could enjoy my toast the way I like it. Thats a prime example of people caring about their customers and providing above and beyond service.

My mom and I wanted to try a new place so we came here. BEST DECISION EVER!!! We both ordered the New York Skirt Steak well done and it was nothing short of AMAZING, TENDER, AND DELICIOUS! My mom got it the Grecian way and Im jealous I didnt!!! Everything from the appetizers to the coffee was perfect!!! Definitely coming back!!

First time coming here even pass like millions time, I do really enjoyed this spot cozy nice with classic music playing. Its family place, food is good I had Greek Halibut with rice pilaf and veggies also comes with choice salad or soup plus half foot warm bread with butter yum. I would come again.
