While there was nothing wrong with the coffee, the guy making the drinks can take a hike. The woman who took my order did not mention that they were unable to make one of the drinks I ordered. Had she said something, I would have ordered something else, because I am a decent person and I dont want to make anyone go out of their way for me. Instead, the guy making the drinks rudely handed me the attempt at the drink they were not currently able to make, overflowing with liquid down the sides, and commented: "Gotta love people and their greed." I said to him, "Im sorry, if I had known, I would have ordered something else." I will not be going here again.

This is the best Starbucks, in the entire world!!!!! Michael John is one of the best managers, he is so courteous, and has a great sense of dry humor. Kristofer has great speed, and a great personality. Barbra is super sweet, and has a great passion in her job. Fran has been there since the start and she is still witty as ever, and always brings a smile on my face. Lindsay, Erin, Melanie, Mike Allison, Mikey, Wayne and Lexy are some of the best baristas too!! They always make you feel welcome and tell great jokes, and make your day better.

I love this Starbucks!!! I come here on a daily basis everyone here is always so friendly except once the guy just seemed frustrated like he was having a bad day but we all have one of those days. Lisa is awesome!! I was struggling to find the proper settings on the app for my regular drink, I asked her and she said that there was a way to do it and that she would help me. I really didnt think that she would but a day later she had the answer. I was pleasantly surprised by her follow up...THANK YOU LISA!!

I usually go there they friendly but the place is dirty the table rarly wiped and if you look at the food show case it always have tiny flyes omg last time there was over a 10 i dont know how people eat there . They should take care of the place more

Drinks and packaged food are fine but anything in the display case (cookies, cake pops, muffins, etc) always have flies all over them and the employees dont seem to notice or care? Its really disgusting.

This is a really nice Starbucks location that is worth the occasional drive from the La Grange Park, Brookfield, and Western Springs areas.
