CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!! I spoke to the owner face to face and asked him how well they safeguard against gluten cross contamination for their gluten free cakes. He reassured me that they clean very thoroughly and that they give their product to friends with celiacs disease all the time without any issues. I bought a cake for my mother who has celiacs and she complained of gluten symptoms later that day without having eaten other potential sources of contamination. They are not as careful as they say and I do not like being lied to for the sake of a sale.

First time in that place, with Groupon. Additional cake decoration is $9 which is ridiculously expensive, same as the cakes. Still cant believe what they selling and getting away with it. Guy at the register, not really for work with other people, borderline rude. Picture of the cake on Groupon is misleading, made to lure you to the store. Bought a cake, everybody tried it, it is way too sweet. In total, very bad experience.

My staff and I love the cakes! Unfortunately, as I picked up an order I didnt get a warm welcome from the lady that I felt was the owner. She just didnt seem to be excited or happy with a customer. I almost felt she had to force her smile. I will give them another chance. But I would like to see better customer service. Im from a local business and I know first-hand how important GOOD customer services skills are.

Hey, theres samples to eat every time I have visited this store. The cakes are addictive, fresh, plus GOOD. The help and suggestions are always at the forefront. This location works with the community too. Get on the mailing list for that free birthday Bundt.

Picked up several great flavors for my family for Valentines Day yesterday. Staff was very friendly and service was fast and efficient on such a busy day. They were a huge success at my daughters school recently for a fundraiser, too!
