Let me start off by saying that I have been to BWW all across the US( at least 10 locations in 6 states.) and this one is by far the WORST I have ever visited... TWICE. First of all its busy so you would think this is good. Guess again full of teens and obnoxious kids who think the world is theirs. On our first visit my wife and I sat in the bar because the rest of the dining area was full. My boneless wings came out cold and it took FOREVER to get a beer. Once my beer was empty thats the way it stayed until I was finished eating my wings and we were ready to go. Then the server asks do you want anymore beer? On our second visit we again chose to sit in the bar because of the crowd of teens and hooligans in the dining area. This server seems like he is on his game asks us what we want to drink with no pad out to take notes. So I am thinking last time was a fluke. We ordered two waters a beer and a margarita (frozen). 20 min later we got the alcoholic beverages and I replaced the order for the water. We both noticed that he had a strong odor and didnt seem to know or care.15 min later our water came out with menus. Later into the meal I finished both waters and my beer and the server came back to ask if we needed anything and I said yes more water and some napkins.He proceeded to talk with his friend at the bar and not do a thing. At the end of the experience we still didnt have our water. I paid for our bill with cash and he comes back with a handful of quarters because he ran out of 1s. needless to say his tip was in change. I could understand if they were jam packed but the bar was almost empty and there were three employees on their laptops in the corner. This BWW needs an overhaul. I will not be going back and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this location.

The food was fantastic as usual, however, we were rushed soon as the minute we sat down. The waitress made us feel like she only cared about the tip. As we took the first bite she gave us the check right away... she failed to even ask for refills or if we wanted to get dessert. On top of it all she annouced that she had to pass us off to another waiter because she had to go, but before she did she asked if we can pay before she left WHILE we were still eating. Never in my life have i ever been so dissapointed. Tiffany was flat out rude. Theres hope for this place dispite all of this. Shout out to Dennis for actually asking if we wanted refills or anything else. He deserves the recognition he deserves for being an awesome waiter. Hats off to you buddy!

This is the worst location hands down. They always run out of Blue Moon and simple things like celery. Ive been there multiple times and every time they messed up my order. The wings are always old and reheated. I was with a party of 12 people and our waitress came to our table a total of two times to check on us over an hour. All the waitresses are stuck up "napervillians" as I call them. It really seems like the managers have the same mentality. (Maybe thats why they are always hiring.) I will never go back to this location. I love bdubs but this one is royally terrible. The Elmhurst and Lombard locations are always awsome.

It took a long time for our waitress to take my order and over 40 minutes for the food to arrive but that wasnt even the issue. When I checked my account the next day, they had taken out more money than I tipped them! I spoke to the general manager and he told me that they take out "18% of the total to make sure I have funds in my debit card account" which makes no sense whatsoever! He flat out lied to me and didnt return my money. Taking out more money from someones account than they approve is fraud but I am mostly unhappy with the way the general manager treated me and brushed me off.

Im writing this review at the restaurant because Ive been waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for my food. It took us more than half an hour just to get seated, another twenty five minutes for them to even take our orders, and now were here. Regardless of how good the food is, I would never wait an hour just to get a burger or wings. Pretty terrible and non responsive service, and I dont think its worth it.

Ordered take out at 5pm for a 620pm pick up. Showed up at 620 and its currently 640 and my food is still being prepared. Myself as well as 4 other customers are waiting these long waits. One customer was forgot about and shes been waiting over 40 mins. Terrible place. Id rather drive all the way to roselle for Wingstop then be told countless amounts of times that my order is "being bagged up"

It is a shame that such a place known for bad service, I placed an order over the phone and when I get home all order wrong. Then I called the restaurant and the manager tells me that for the next excuse that will have more care. Its amazing that wing stop better customer service, never attend to buffalo wild wings of 75th ave in naperville IL or not attend ashley is taking orders.

This place sucks! We were pratically ignored all night by our bimbo waitress, who was busy flirting with another waiter the entire night. We were never once offered refills and the food was very, very dry. We usually have okay service from this location, but the past few times have been really quite bad. We definetly wont be back to this crummy place.

Steven was behind the bar and taking care of us. His urgency, friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge were all very well noted. Im a bartender as well so I can relate to how it is when you get to be very busy. My friend/coworker Alex and I were very impressed by him and his ability to multi task.

Always good, insanely loud always, (even though its a sports bar, yes) comes to the point where the servers get too distracted and you could wait for 40-50 minutes just for some service. The food quality is great but the service leaves much to be done.

This is my girlfriends familys go to when we are in town. Great service every time, friendly faces at the door, food is always cooked to our liking. We stop in here at least 1 every 3 weeks and I dont see that changing anytime soon!!! Keep it up guys

Not particularly happy with this joint. The wings were a lil raw in the middle and the burgers were not home made. They were frozen burgers that were grilled and served. Did not like em.

This place is awful. Freezer aisle quality chicken. Just gross. Bartender was very nice and apologetic for terrible food. Go to wings and rings down the street. Fresh chicken there.

My favorite BWW. Every Tuesday half price traditional wings! Mango Habanero is the best! The bar is still the old style full length with plenty of TV coverage. Great wait staff.
