Its funny but this morning I have a MASSIVE taste for a Burger King Whopper. I decided to call first to see if I can still "have it my way" by ordering a burger at 8:30 a.m. I Googled "Burger King Crestwood Illinois" and found the number. Just before I went to call, I noticed there were reviews. I checked the reviews and it was at that time I REMEMBERED WHY Ive only been to that location once. I remember the extremely RUDE employees and how horrible the food was and how unbelievably FILTHY that fast food joint is. I ALSO remember calling the number on the receipt to take the survey, something of which I NEVER do but thought this was worth it to do it so that place could get cleaned up. Now this was a couple YEARS ago mind you and it pains me to see that even after all THAT time, its still the same!! I want to extend my sincerest gratitude to everyone who posted reviews!! Otherwise, I probably wouldve gotten a Whopper, been sick to my stomach, my day would be ruined and Id be a crabby mess.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! I pulled up to the drive-thru a few nights ago. Employee was outside talking on his phone, no one taking food orders. I wait a minute or 2 and pull around. Only one employee inside (probably the cook), didnt even bother to look at the drive-thru window to see if anyone was maybe out there. After waiting 2-3 minutes I took off to the Tinley Park location. At the Midlothian location, I get overcharged because I order burgers from the value menu and they charge me for the $2 ones, and a lot of the time theres something messed up with my order. Ive rarely had things like that happen at Tinley. The Tinley location actually takes care of their customers, Midlothian doesnt. I dont care about the extra drive anymore, Im just going to the one near 159th & Harlem from now on.

My friend and I wanted to just have a great culinary experience, but this Burger King kept us from this experience. The food was not up to snuff and the environment was even worse. For one, I almost choked on a chocolate shake. Then, we found a bag of fries on a table, which is completely unsanitary and ridiculous, which means that they dont clean the tables often. Make of that what you will. The employees keep shouting in the kitchen and I dont want to hear that when Im trying to clear my head with a nice chocolate shake. The paintings on the wall are tacky and completely unnecessary. This restaurant - no, not a restaurant - is a complete waste of time and money. I suggest never eating here.

this place was ghetto and rude, the girl in the drive through around 53, dark skin, black hair, and light hazel eyes even stole 3 dollars from my change and placed a blank receipt in the bag to try and fool me. but i noticed it right away cause i always check my receipt i was just in a rush or else i would have gone back for my money. worse then bums at least they ask for your money not just take it. i would never go to this place a again and i hope nobody else does either. p.s. i hope that girl gets caught and fired.

Purchased the Parmesan Chicken and it was as flat as a Mcchicken, barely any sauce. They need to get a bulldozer out here and turn this location into a parking lot. Always terrible swrvice at this location. The employees never seem to care about their job. I just left this location and they screwed up my order like always. This place needs a serious upgrade in remodeling and employees. I highly suggest anyone to go out of tgeir way to a better location because this one sucks!

Every time I come here they pull me up in the drive thru and always mess up my order. When I take it back in they look at me like I made the mistake even though the order is on my receipt. I dont understand why they do this. I have worked in fast food for a very long time, and you dont pull someone up just to get your timer down. You do it even less if you are making a lot of mistakes. Terrible service and even worse customer service.

Horrible customer service! Showed 0 desire to want to work! Extremely slow to gather food & it wasnt even busy. Now I know why. The employees, including the managers attire was dirty & sloppy. After seeing the cook I almost didnt even want to eat the food! If he wasnt wearing gloves I probably wouldnt have. The patty wasnt fresh, theyd been sitting in a warming bin. Stayed out of desperation. Wont ever return!

I dont even know how this bk is still open.one word GHETTO! The pregnant "manager" scratching her stomach while bagging my food she was eating fries looking at the other girls text messages its crazy how they were just acting like I wasnt even there. They gave me a medium drink but filled it links it was a small. Its very unfortunate but I wont be going to this restaurant anymore Id rather drive out of my way!

Write before closing I suppose was when I got there. But I ordered a junior whopper with cheese, extra pickles, and extra mayo. And a small order of onion rings. Well I guess the employee was being lazy because they made me pay for a burnt burger. I bit into it an it hurt. So I tried calling. Someone picked up the phone then hung up. I better get a free one tomorrow.

The females that work the drive thru are a bunch of lazy women and try to rush you when their is no one even in line they dont do anything or work anyway cause they are all lazy and stuck up cant even get an order right dont go here period they suck lazy females. They all should be fired for terrible customer service rude and inconsiderate ghetto to.

Has been a bad store for years, very slow alot times is order is wrong. I believe they are under staffed and possibly mismanaged, and under trained. Have had found hair in food before , just dont feel like going to Tinley for BK. Corporate should help this store out. Unless have taste for BK and in pinch than go here otherwise, go to another one.

This Is probably 1 of the worst BKs Ive ever seen in my life Why doesnt corporate do something about it. They have been mopping the floor with the same bucket of water for a month. And the tables are sticky and nasty with stuff stuck on the walls I will go to the BK on 100 59th and Harlem from now on. Where is restaurant rescue when you need it

Worst service in the world, the food was cold and when we went back in to let them know the attitude was nasty. When I called and complained I never heard back from them. It use to matter what the customer feel, because I lived over there up until 2013, now it dont.

Horrible. Drive thru. Car in front of me got the wrong order. Then i got the wrong order twice. So aggravated. Got home and noticed more of my order was missing. Horrible service.
