We had one of those "this cant be happening" moments. The female server wasnt friendly and hurried us through our orders. Our food was served by a Latino manager. They forgot to give our salad, so they waited for the meal to give it. Our muffin was burnt black. My burger was the completely wrong burger from another table it turned out. We told him that my burger was missing 3 ingredients and he said "okay hunny dont worry we will fix it." We then told him about the other issues and he simply got silent and angry and replied "okay." I cannot believe I witnessed a manager screw up so bad and then call someone "hunny" instead of "mam" or "miss". He must treat women like that in whatever country he is from. The female server then must have noticed all the conflict, so she came over and defended everything by saying " we didnt screw up the burger ok, we just grabbed the wrong one". Well, to me thats screwing up. Not a single sorry, and she never once checked up on us to ask how everything was or if we needed refills. All 4 of us agree on the situation that happened, and none of us will ever be back at this location.

Just so-so. Service is usually slow, food is what you would expect from a pie place. Just called to order two pies for pick up. They guy who answered was very rude. When I said I wanted apple--he impatiently asked me which type, then got more impatient when I asked the choices. Said the choices like I should have known. Wouldnt take my cc over the phone (husband wanted to quickly pick them up on way to work). I understand that might be the policy but he didnt need to be rude and short with me when explaining that we have to pay when we come in.

Horrible Bad manager! Bleeding raw chicken on my salad that i started to eat!!!! I better not get sick!He did nothing just took it back and cooked it!! 3-3-12!!!!!Poorly managed! Im all about making money without putting me in the hospital!!!!! BAD BAD manager!!!!! He saw all that blood coming from chicken! Paid the bill and got out of there!Never again!!!! Bye Bakers Square we will never be back!!!!!!!! Health Department will be called!

I walked in and the woman at the counter does not even greet me. After about a minute some other employee does try to help me but hes now giving me some story about the pumpkin pies not being in good quality. I did not reserve my pies several days in advance to hear some excuses. This place is a joke of business and should be shut down.

We came in today for breakfast and the service from the crew members was fantastic as usual. Food was good too. The only thing that bothered me was how the manager treats the guests and crew members. He is real full of himself and impersonal. He treated one worker like he was stupid when he couldnt find another customers pie!

Friendliest staff in the area! They treat you like family. The food is very good and of course they have the best pies anywhere. We have been going here for several years now. They recently remodeled the place...it is very inviting.

Despite coming in at the tail end of the busy lunch hour rush, our service was quick and courteous, and the food was top notch. The Reuben Burger was amazing, but I wouldnt recommend it to amateurs, it took some skill to handle!

Love Bakers Square in Liberty ville. Food is very good, not your standard fare. I had an artichoke baguette, blue cheese strawberry salad and pie. All for 9.99. They have regular food also Great food and great prices

To the lady who could not get an answer on the phone, the restaurant is closed for remodeling...due to open in three days. Looking forward to this since their carpet stunk to high Heaven.

I havent been to a Bakers Square in years, just none around me but I really enjoyed the lunch menu and the service was exceptional. Brought home a pie which also was fantastic.

Hadnt been to one for a while. I forgot how much I loved the food here. Had a chicken pot pie. No fancy presentation, but a great pie! And lots of dessert pies too
