The most phenomenal crispy kale I have ever eaten, and possibly the best vegetable dish Ive had as well. Prepared with honey, lemon, and brown butter, the slight sweetness of the honey is amazing. Their wood fired pizza had super creamy goat cheese on a perfectly light and airy crust. The trout was buttery, and the spinach flavourful. Fried chicken had an almost biscuit-like crunch and great unique seasoning, biscuits were soft and flaky, not too dense, and the tender kale paired perfectly with the smokiness of the bacon. Gooey super moist clementine upside down spice cake was served with the most addictive crunchy cookies.

I have been in a girlfriend birthday dinner group for over 20 years. We just got home from a birthday celebration at Vistro. Everything was perfect. When making our reservation the hostess was so accommodating ....asked if we were celebrating any special occasion and if there were any special dietary needs. Upon our arrival we were seated with personalized birthday menus for the birthday girl ~ what a wonderful surprise. The service and food was fabulous and we enjoyed the $5 Happy hour wine specials:)! Definitely one of our favorite birthday dinner restaurants.

Almost the whole table got the Managers Special whitefish, and it was excellent. Lots of choices for the dish meant we each had our own slightly different tastes catered to, and the service was friendly and very helpful.
