Food was good (average). Wait staff was helpful but seemed to have a general cloud of confusion hanging over them for our visit. Something that really confused my group was when we asked if they could just drop off a pitcher of tea at the table instead of having the waitress have to worry about constantly coming back for each empty glass. 2-3 minutes later we were told that the manager wouldnt charge us this time, but wed be charged per pitcher next time? For unlimited refills? Was a little unusual. Im used to a yes or no when I ask that. Im sure this wasnt a typical night for this restaurant, but I had a strange enough of a first visit to this place and have enough other options in the area I probably wont be going back any time soon.

This is my favorite restaurant. Lately it has been pretty busy when I go in so it hasnt been as fast, but everytime I go in the waitress greets us within a reasonable time & our food is always brought out hot and perfect. And the waitresses always come back to ask how your food is! I love Appletree!!

I dont usually leave a poor rating. My pancakes were cold, my dad ordered pork tenderloin with bread minus gravy and instead they smothered the tenderloin with brown gravy and no bread. Someone needs to learn how to cook an order so that all food is hot and ready to go out at the same time.

We ALWAYS have a wonderful family experience at Apple Tree!! Tonight we each had something different and all three of us fully enjoyed our meals! Service is excellent, always. They make you feel like part of the family! Thanks for another exceptional meal! We love you all!

I love this place... We come here often The food is always delicious and hot, the service is always great too!!! Best place in Granite City to eat hands down!!! There is many options on the menu... Try the chicken noodle soup! You will not be disappointed!!!

Had the hot beef plate and it was really good. It would be just right if they used a little less brown gravey. OTher than that great service and the food comes out really fast.
