The cooks at this restaurant have always exceeded my expectations; in the past I have always ordered orange shrimp. Today is my mothers birthday and she really wanted Chinese food. Although this restaurant is more than 20 miles from my home, I had no problem traveling because up until now, the food and service has been great. I placed my regular order and added a chicken and brocoli combination. Upon arrival, the lady gives me both orders but not the fried rice. I go up and order a small fried rice and inquire about why it didnt come with the combination. The lady (very rude and with a dismissive tone) tells me that I didnt order it. I expressed to her (calmly) that I had. She would not even consider that maybe, she didnt hear me when I ordered. She continued to tell me that I didnt order what I said I ordered. I asked her is she completely sure. She was adamant that I hadnt and I knew that I had. I told her that I am a costumer and that she as an owner should do what she could to offer better customer service. I expressed to her that the service she was providing was poor. I even stated that I was speaking to her calmly and would appreciate the same from her. She continued to be overly aggressive and rude. If it wasnt my mothers birthday I wouldve left all the food and requested my money back. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND ALTHOUGH THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I do understand that individuals can have a bad day and not know how to effectively deal with people during that time. Yet and still, it saddens me when business owners think they can treat you any kind of way when you are patronizing their business. Customer service is of the utmost importance to me. Stay away from this business, I know I will. I guess Ill be learning how to make my own orange shrimp until I find a new spot.

Overall, it was pretty good. The egg roll was the best Ive had in a while, which is what really won me over. I got the sweet and sour chicken lunch combo. The portioning was just about perfect. The food itself was good. Not the absolute best Ive had, but probably a close tie for runner up. Its chinese so it really depends on your own preferences and what you get, but I would recommend you at least try this place out.

Shrimp toast was great. Both of our entrees the orange chicken and the beef and broccoli were delicious. 2 thumbs up. Will return next time were in that neck of the woods.

Tasty food, and very clean! I had the Spicy Triple Delight and it was awesome (although not as spicy as I had hoped). Would definitely eat there again!

I only had shrimp on the top layer of my shrimp fried rice and wasnt very flavoful. Shrimp egg fo young was delicious! Sun Sun I is the best
