One of the worst restaurant experiences Ive ever had. Arrived 2 hours before our concert started down the road and missed the entire opening act due to an incompetent waitress and a restaurant that failed to help remedy her misgivings. I tried to complain to a gentleman as we were leaving and all he kept saying was that it was his fault for not giving us a wait time. I told him I appreciated his attempt to take the blame, but we were seated within 10 minutes and we watched our waitress attend to the entire patio of people who arrived after us, ate and left before our food arrived. He would not hear my concerns and completely dismissed my unhappiness with our service. The waitress went from being okay to completely M.I.A. Another waitress came to our table and asked if we had received our food and when we replied "no" she asked who our waitress was and when we told her she was not the least bit surprised. Our waitress then brought out the food and was so sheepish she didnt say a word- she never came back to see if we needed anything (including bringing the last order of drinks) and its not like she was super busy since she had already tended to the rest of the patio who had already left. As for the food: some good, some terrible. I had the elote which was wonderful, but my grilled cheese and bacon was awful. The cheese wasnt even melted and my barely there bacon had the texture of plastic. I like my bacon super crispy, but I seriously thought I was going to chip a tooth. My husband had the original Weezee which he liked, my daughter had the chicken club which was okay, she also thought the bacon was "not right" and my son had the pork shank volcano which was okay...it looked nothing like the photos we saw. Our bill was $102 for a terrible experience and mediocre food. We are always super respectful and polite to wait staff and always tip generously, but this is one time where we felt like the same respect was not shown to us and left a tip to reflect that. So disappointed, the reviews I read seemed pretty good, but I did read some that mirrored ours, maybe I should have listened better to those. We were really looking forward to a good meal before our concert and it ended up making us miss a good portion of our concert.

We were in a party of 6, so gratuity was included. Because of this, the waitress made zero effort to make sure the needs of our table were satisfied. I had to go up and get a pitcher from the bar, while waitresses were standing there, and fill the water myself. At which point the bartender tells me "I can do that sir!" Well, if she could have, she would have. Instead, she stood there with 4 others of the wait staff and talked. I said I didnt want ice in the pitcher, she poured more ice in the pitcher. I told her thank you. We, then, 5 min or more later, see the waitress with a pitcher to replace the one I got. Food was sub par. Speed was slow considering they were not busy. Overall, just disappointed.

Wow the only reson they get bussiness is because people at the hotel right next to there resturant have to go to there resturant cause its close and convinent there food was horrific wow i had the salmon with some sort of caned sauce on top. With beans that tasted waxie. Than my wife had the salad with meat on top very salty and no taste at all. Please people that stay at the wyndam hotel across from side street resturant dont go and eat u will regret it.

Excellent service! Their lush lemonades are so refreshing as is their huge draft selection including a ton of local brews!! Service was speedy.they were all so friendly!! Pork shank and original weezees are my favorites. They have a DJ on fridays and live music Saturdays,this is the place to be!

The food here is delicious especially their sandwiches, my favorite are the weezees. They offer a variety of different foods. It is hard to leave with food still on your plate. The servers are all really nice and I would definitely recommend eating here:)

My wife and I are frequent visitors, are always greeted by Jimmy with a warm welcome, and have always had great service and great food. Great food with some really delicious variations on some mainstay dishes. Very friendly environment. Highly recommend.

Best nachos around town! The Food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation. The waitress was great, she chatted with us the whole time. Will definitely be back for the tipsy palmer. Good place to hang out and meet friends.

Food was awesome. I had Volcano Pork Shank (I highly recommend it) The party that I was with had a big weezee and red potato salad. they loved it. The service was very polite, knowledgeable and attentive. Must try the bread pudding

Nice cover band. Decent food. Poor service. Could have been 5 stars with a different server. Server asked if we wanted anything disappeared, comes back asks us if we want anything remind her of previous order, disappears again.

Been here several times and its never been very crowded and the service was very good. Didnt wait long for anything and the food was delicious and very affordable. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Food was good and a good variety. Went with friends some had pot roast and said it was excellent. Chicken same review and I had steak, done just right, good flavor and yummy garlic mashed potatoes.

During lunchtime this place is not too crowded, so if youre looking for a nice place to relax or even conduct business, this place is perfect. They also have outdoor seating available.

Went there for Easter Brunch . They give you one plate . Isnt that a health violation people going back seconds with dirty plates ? The food was just OK . I will never go back.

Overpriced for mediocre quality. Nice establishment, nice staff just mediocre, had the"banging" shrimp (wasnt banging at all) salad water and desert 69$... Small portions.
