I went through the drive thru on 12/30. As usual, they like to rush you. As one person is taking my card from me, another is shoving both my food and a soda out the window at me with both hands. I dont feel like I can even put my card back in my wallet because shes shoving this stuff through my window saying "have a nice day". So they rush me out and its not until I get home that I realize Im missing an item. I call the store and speak to a manager who tells me he will forward my info to the general manager and have them contact me. Here it is more than ten days later and Ive not heard from anyone. Oddly enough, this wasnt the first time this happened... Ive got at least one full meal on their books already, not to mention the handful of other times this happened and I just brushed it off. No offer to replace my missing item this time though. My own fault for allowing them to rush me, I suppose. Such a shame because they have decent food, Im just not keen on routinely paying for items I never receive. Could have just given those few bucks to the beggars in their parking lot.

Good chicken sandwich as always but we were totally turned off by the fact that this chicfila was a "test market" for a new superfood kale salad. No signature chicfila cole slaw anywhere to be found. Most disappointing. The restaurant was super crowded yet the staff kept the line moving quickly. Would suggest one line or register kept available for drink refills, order corrections, etc as it is a pain to get back in the long.line to resolve the aforementiones. Anotjet option would be to have a staff member or manager round through the dining area during busy peak hours to anticipate quest needs.

We all love chick fil a and go 2 times a week. This location is great because they offer military discounts on Monday. I like to go through the drive through for mommy vallet. My table and food are ready when we come in. However, this is the only location, weve been to 10+ locations, that has regularly missed part of my order. I used to wait until we were home to check my bags. It difficult to check at the window because they are always in such a hurry, I feel rushed. I check my order at the window now and still find Im missing drinks or food. Check your bag before you leave the window.

The employees are nice and the resteraunt is very clean, but none of that matters when the food is terrible (as far as the chicken sandwiches are concerned). I have gone here 4 times around 4pm-6pm over the past month to order a spicy chicken sandwich, and every single time the sandwich is completely dried out. I love chickfila, but I wont be going back here for a very long time.

Two stars down to one now. Combined 2016 and 17 review. They now have condiments outside in the heat during lunch so you get hot catsup and ranch... a milk based product thats in 90 degree heat. Anyone say bacteria a growing environment? Belowdards. Employee left bathroom without washing hands. Management spoke with him when I complained but still... Nasty.

Good food and service. Bummed they changed the military Monday though (as of May 1st), now instead of a free sandwich you pay for fries and a drink to get one. So basically its a #1 meal for $4 instead of the usual $6. As someone who orders just a normal sandwich and grilled sandwich every time for a lower-calorie option, I wont be back weekly anymore.

Chik fil a has an excellent reputation in customer service for good reason! Friendly, prompt service every time and if they make an error, they are quick to make it right. Today was my sons birthday, and the manager rounded up an adorable goody bag for him when he wasnt interested in ice cream - needless to say he was thrilled and I was too!

New to the area and went to check out the nearest Chick-fil-a. Staff was nice and quick with our meals. It was busy as it was dinner, so some tables hadnt been cleaned yet, but I did see them trying to catch up as I wiped my table down. There is an indoor play place for the kids as well. I plan to return.

Consistently better than the chick fil a in Fairview Heights, I eat here regularly. Be warned-it does get busy at lunchtimes. It has two drive-thrus, which is nice, and heres the impressive thing: they keep the line moving. I dont know how they do it, but they do! Very fast!

This is one of the best CFAs ive ever been to. They are clean, friendly, and supportive of the local community. Once I went in to purchase some free dessert gift cards for my kids club; they just gave me a stack of way more than I needed for free! They are so awesome!!

Its Chick-fil-A, you really dont need to say anymore! Great food, great people, great service, clean, everyone and everything is above and beyond the norm. They even have extra diapers in the restroom, and a step for little ones to reach the sink to wash their hands!!!

The only problems with the Chick-fil-a places in our area are they are too busy and parking lots are not big enough. They are the nicest people and have excellent food. Their company values, Christian, without ramming it down your throat are second to none!

Impressive. First time here, first time in Illinois. Lots of cheerful smiling staff. Did not feel like we waited at all yet surprised by the clerk saying, " sorry about the wait". Would eat at this restaurant chain again throughout our travels.

We went while they were changing shifts so they werent very attentive like they normally are. I had to wait for my food longer than usual, and two individuals were sick behind coughing and blowing their nose behind the counter.

The Spicy Chicken sandwich is the best. Fries are great but could use a little more salt. Tea is awesome as is the frosted lemonade. The service is beyond compare in the fast food industry. Highly recommend!

The food is fine, but they really need to find a better way to manage the drive thru during heavy traffic times. The healthy side choices are too little, for too high a cost.
