Horrible service!!! We pulled up to order and the responded saying it would be just a moment. 15 min later no order. Other people are pulling in and getting theirs but nothing. We give up and go through the drive thru. They miss over half our order I tried to verify at the speaker but nobody answered. The whole time I watched 7 employees talking and playing on their phones. The manager Kim said they were busy but Ive been there when they were busier with no problem. This was just a poorly run shift.

Bunch of kids working and service was terrible. I got a bag of ice waited 15 mins! Finally my bf went up to the door and complained 10 mis later they brought it out and it wasnt even tied! This is the second time this has happened. They really need to get better workers there

Waited 20 minutes to order food. 10 of it in the drive thru. I tried talking to the speaker box to see if anyone was there. No one answered, so I left. This kind of service wouldnt be acceptable at a sit down restaurant, its beyond ridiculous at a fast food place.

When youre expecting a drink. Shouldnt get nothing but Ice, but thats exactly what I got. Paid 3 bucks for a drink and I paid for ice? Ridiculous.
