Ordered takeout so I cant speak for the decor. First, the positives. I was quoted an hour for delivery, they showed up in 30 minutes. Awesome. Let me first say, even after living in Hong Kong and Shanghai, Im still not an American-Chinese takeout food snob. Its never going to come close to the real thing, it is what it is. We ordered Crab Rangoons, Chicken Pot Stickers, Szechuan Green Beans, and Kung Pao Chicken. The Crab Rangoons were very 1 note, not much flavor. Lots of wrapper, not much filling. Tasted slightly...off. The cheese seemed a little grainy. No sweetness whatsoever. Avoid. Chicken Pot Stickers were cooked pretty well and had a good filling to wrapper ratio. The filling however...also very 1 note. I couldnt distinguish any green onion, garlic, or ginger. Almost like they just stuck ground chicken into the wrapper. Avoid. Szechuan Green Beans came with a mix of other vegetables in a sauce. LOTS of sauce. Flavor wasnt terrible, kudos for throwing in some 5 spice, but the abundance of sauce killed it. A simple sauté, with szechuan peppers, garlic, ginger and shallots would do wonders for this dish. period. Until they change it, avoid it, like the plague. Kung Pao Chicken...the only highlight of the evening, and I say so with a grain of salt. Calling it a highlight when comparing to the rest of the meal doesnt really say much for the dish. Lots of veggies, cooked well with a good amount of chicken. Flavor was nice, but the sauce! TOO MUCH! Also, try roasting the peanuts a little. Will I ever order this again? Probably not. Not until I see some positive reviews. I should have read these in the first place and taken a clue. Silly me. Looks like Im going back to getting delivery from Dragonfly Mandarin.

Preface: Hilarious to see the few four and five star ratings. Clearly and blatantly plants. Every other review is poor and surprise surprise... they complain about the same things i had a problem with. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Came in after seeing a "soup & entree" lunch special on the chalk board outside. Sat down. Was the only person eating in there. The staff (including manager) sat around chatting not even acknowledging me. After some time, the waitress realizes Im an actual customer (some dude sat me and gave me a menu), and asks me if Im ready to order. I told her Id have the lunch special with (cant recall which..) a specific entree and wonton soup. She looked at me with disdain and said there wasnt a special that came with soup. When I told her that there was, she got rude and pointed to some OTHER chalk boards inside, each with a different "special". After explaining I had seen the special outside, she informed me that the deal outside wasnt a "special". Whatever... I ordered the lunch described outside. Food comes after a while. No one comes by to check on me. Had to ask for chopsticks. Had to ask to get the bill. Had to ask to get them to take my credit card. Food was below average. Super saucy. Place also serves hamburgers and other american fare. Not sure what this place is trying to be. Told people in my clients office about my experience. Everyone was like... Oh yeah, no one ever goes there; its terrible. Guess I have to agree.

I ordered Sesame Chicken and waited for over an hour to get order. The guy on the phone says yeah we do sesame chicken. When I get the order, the dish is nothing more than chicken broccoli with some sesame seeds on top. The sauce was crap and crab rangoon was burnt. I called for an explanation and I got the response of "some restaurants bread their chicken, we dont." he also said, "do you see sesame seeds on the top?" I told the guy that this was nothing more than their chicken broccoli and weak sauce with sesame seeds on top. I tasted like chicken broccoli not the sesame chicken Ive tasted at REAL Asian restaurants. Product = FAIL Service = FAIL Truth = FAIL Aroma = FAIL Would not recommend this place. Beware, the guy on the phone will try to justify the product and not offer you a refund. Dish was so bad, I had to throw it out. There goes money down the drain. I literally almost threw up after the first bite. Take this personal experience and try this place at your own risk.

Im from China, and its lunch time! Were hungry, and passed by here, and would like to try some real chinese food. Im supprised that no one speaks chinese here, and wonder if its the real chinese food. I ordered a small soup and regular chow how from lunch menu. The taste is ok, but when the bill came to me, they charged me for a dinners price. I asked the owner, and she said that she made the order bigger for me!! Ok, without my permission, and no communication, and she ordered dinner for me for Lunch??? And please, its just lunchs amount, not big at all. By the way, the washroom is very ugly and dirty. Any way, very disappointed with this place, will not come back any time.

I ordered takeout and was vastly disappointed. My shrimp dish literally smelled like an outhouse, I kid you not. It had a sour-rotten smell to it, and the taste was completely bland, if you could get over the horrible smell. Had to throw the whole thing away. My boyfriends beef noodle entree carried a similar foul aroma reminiscent of an outhouse. He had to throw the whole thing away, as he couldnt get past the smell. The eggrolls were the only edible thing out of our whole order. $50 down the drain, what a waste.

Food was pretty par to sub par to be honest....rice seemed old and a little too tough. The general tsos made my hunger go away, but that was about the best part of it. I got extra rice so it bumped up the cost....but i feel like i got about $5 value with the food...if i didnt get the extra rice the portion would have been pretty small. Maybe I should try something else but to me there was nothing special about this place...i can think of countless better places to drop $10 on lunch.

Just went for lunch here due to proximity to work and the other recommendation (who I now suspect to be affiliated with the place). I ordered General Tsos Chicken, and although it was hot and cooked to order, it was essentially a sweet and sour dish with hot sauce added to it. Im not a big fan of sweet and sour, partly because the deep fried batter gets soggy the moment it hits the sauce. You could do better, so I give it an average rating.

Ive eaten in store and gotten delivery more time than I can count. I used to live just around the corner so it was always my go to place. The owners and Mangers are so great and accommodating. Ive brought friends whove had allergies and theyve changed up ingredients no questions asked. It has a nice homey feel and the portions are amazeballs. Shrimp Egg Foo Yung and Shrimp Fired Rice; I could eat it all day.

I eat at a lot of places and make my own food all the time and would like to think I know what I am doing. This was AWFUL. Honestly it took an extra 15 min to arrive and the wonton soup was so fake tasting, the food bland and veggies actually means all broccoli. I walk by this place every day and its always empty so maybe its on me. But I wanted to give it a try. Will not be coming back. Ever.
