So unprofessional. They have a very rude guy answering the phone and taking orders and then their policy on having the credit card at the time of delivery is ridiculous! (They ask for your name, address on card, zip code on card, etc) then they still ask for the card when they deliver the food. I share the debit card I have with someone and he would not let me accept the food if I didnt have the card!! On top of that we originially sent out a girlfriend of ours to grab the food from the driver and he would not give it to her because she was not the card holder AFTER I told the driver on the phone that a girl would be coming outside to meet him for the food. Unprofessional, Rude, Garbage, Garbage, Garbage!!!!!

I have only ordered delivery and I really like it - Good quality food, always hot - huge portions - All the shrimp dishes includeing the shrimp fried rice have so much shrimp its hard to get a bite without shrimp ( i like Shrimp) -prices are very reasonable - Delivery is fast - alwayss at my door in 30 min or less this is not fine dining but, fast good chinese food with large portions. I have never seen the place (hear its not much to look at) but, the delivered food is always packaged nicely, very consistent, and seems like they pay attentiaon to detail so, i believe it to be clean. Never found any hairs or anything nasty. I order 2-3 time a week

Terrible! Terrible! This has to be the grumpiest group of people attempting to run a restaurant that I have encountered in a very long time! I remember eating at this place a few years back and the owners/management at that time was a lot different. The food was better also. Do not waste your time, money nor taste buds at this junk place! Do not set foot into this place.

Horrible. Just ordered the egg foo Young and its all burned around the outside to a crisp. I suspect that its old pork too, totally dried out and just tastes bad. I cant believe that they would think its acceptable to serve this. The service was rude too. I thought this might be a diamond in the rough but its even worse than it looks. I will never go back again.

The guy on the phone took down my card info incorrectly and kept saying it wouldnt go through. I tried calling again to place my order with a different card and he just became entirely rude telling me how to say things to his understanding. I usually order from here but i wont ever again. Get better customer service.

I personally like the place. Their egg rolls are friggn delicious. That said, I dated a girl awhile back who got sick right after eating here. Later, when I was dating my wife, she also got sick after eating here so it was banned from our house (I still sneaked egg rolls once in awhile). Stay away from the chicken.

I ordered off of grubhub, and had checked cash to pay. I wanted to change my form of payment when I got to their restaurant and I got yelled at. I ordered a plate of Hunan beef. Right amount of spice, but wasnt too crazy about the rice. Definitely not what Im used to.

Exactly what you expect out of a fast food Chinese restaurant. I eat there regularly. Orange chicken, general tsos, lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, all very good options. huge portions for the price, plus the menu has coupons that you can use even at that visit

Excellent experience at The Crossing recently. The food was wonderful as was the ambiance. Very good pacing of the meal so that we did not feel rushed. Good value for the tasting menus as well. We look forward to returning.

my and my boyfriend went and got fried rice for gods sake and some sweet and sour chicken and we had troubles for days. I got so sick right after I couldnt get out of the bathroom. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THIS PLACE
